Terrible experience! Avoid this office at all cost. As other reviewers have said this is THEWORST office. The staff is extremely RUDE! I called this office many times since I needed a Rx refill and they would not reply to the pharmacy’s fax request. They let the phone ring for about 10 – 15 times and then hang up. After about 7 attempts finally someone answer just to transfer the call so they can hang up again. Wait time with an appointment is anywhere from 1 – 3 hours for a rushed 5 minute visit. Shame on you Dr. Prentice! It is YOUR responsibility to see that YOUR patients are treated with respect and YOUR practice is run efficiently. Get new staff! DOSOMETHING!!! Don’t just stand by while your waiting room is packed, your office looks terrible, your staff is rude and lazy and your patients have to go through hell just to get a refill or to follow up with you.

Good location and ample parking. Dr. Mitri is very nice and welcoming however the nurses/front desk staff are rude as as can be. When you call to make an appointment they sound irritated as though you are bothering them. When you sign in, no smile or welcome, they look ticked off for even having to be there. So, if you go here, don’t expect courtesy from the staff

Firstly, I’d like to point out that Dr. Prentice is fine. He listens and helps to his capacity. THEOFFICE — WORSTEXPERIENCE I HAVEEVERHADWITHANOFFICE, HANDSDOWN!!! I have lived in many states and have never ever come across such ignorant team of office staff. They are the most unprofessional incompetent team of nurses and staff I have had the misfortune to deal with especially in the health care industry, where service should be their first priority. When I called today, I was able to reach them on the second call I made which was a bit surprising given that I had to make numerous calls in the past just to reach someone. But, I should not have raised my expectations as she immediately put me on hold WITHOUTEVENASKING or listening to me on why I was calling. I was on hold for about 5 mins and then the line got disconnected before anyone picked up. I called back again and the same exact thing repeated, on hold without listening, disconnected automatically. So, I called again but this time I called the second number for their office as obviously the staff answering the first phone line was very unprofessional or very lazy. But alas, the staff on the second line put me on hold as well and after a few mins came back on line and asked how she could help. I asked to cancel my appointment and she took my info, found my appointment and said she will transfer me to Dr. Prentice’s receptionist, before I even got a chance to say anything else I was already on hold aaaaaaaand after 5 mins the line disconnects automatically. So, I called again and again got transferred before I could say anything, after a few minutes another staff picked up, I asked if she could help me cancel an appointment, again, she said she will transfer me. I stopped her before she could even finish, told her the entire hold, transfer, disconnect game that has been going on but she kept repeating over my voice that she will transfer me. I told her that I just wanted to know if she can help me, again, she said she will transfer me and when I said that is not the answer to my question, she said she will transfer me to the manager. Hmmmm… Okayyy. I waited with very low expectation of anyone picking up. An older gentleman picked up and asked what he could do so I told my story. He said he had one bad staff member and she was fired yesterday and the new girl seems promising(SUCH A LAMEEXCUSE). When I told him this is not the first time and every time it is a similarly bad experience, he said he is unable to change an entire staff overnight and that he is working hard to put a good team together. I hope he is not lying and hope the future patients get to interact with professional and helpful staff. BUT, for me, I AMDONEDEALINGWITHTHISOFFICE. I AMNEVERVISITINGTHISOFFICEAGAININMYLIFE.

Dr. mitri is a cool doctor, but the nurses he has working for him SUCK! They are extremely rude through the phone and in person. They never pick up calls you constantly have to keep calling them so they pick up. I was referred to another doc from this place and that doctor needed a simple approval and it literally took about a week and a half to get it approved the doctor and i had to keep calling. The main lady who handles insurance and talking to doctors is horrible she should not be working there. I get it you’re swamped with work but all you had to do is sign a paper and fax it. Like come on, it was something that dr mitri himself referred me to. I can not stress enough how horrible those nurses are. They don’t care about their patients well being. I always sit there and wonder why the hell do they even work here and how in the hell did they get hired. Originally i was a patient at UCLA hospital and that place is phenomenal! No rude nurses and they refer you to the best doctors. Anyway, I have so much to say about the horrible nurses that work here but i wont. I will just end my review here.
