Wonderful experience renting a storage unit! Great to talk to on the phone and also in person – reasonably priced as well. I would say they have the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility.

Deceptive pricing, and I was so reluctant and still got burned to a degree. Two faced liars, with the site manager telling me he’s been there 13 years and really works to maintain rates and other needs for his clients. He never allowed anyone’s rates to increase by more than 5% as I was pressing him on this concern. My rates went from $ 141 to $ 162 to $ 182 within one year, with two increases. Any other storage option I would recommend over people that you know are deceptive. Try to get some sort of commitment for how much an increase they could possible do within one year.
