Not only were the staff super friendly, the esthetician made me feel completely comfortable. Although I couldn’t complete my Brazilian wax (since it hurt really bad) she waived the charge and just charged for my lip wax. The eyebrows became free as part of being a new newbie. I’d come back to get my lips and eyebrows done again. I’m tapping out on the Brazilian wax and let them take the W on this one.

I explained exactly and specifically what I wanted done for my waxing when I walked in nothing as I described was done and I had to ask for it over and over again I have to check to see if she did a good job and then correct her many times then I went home and looked in a magnifying mirror to find that what I had paid for was not done completely. There was a lot of hair left and it was very obvious but I just couldn’t see it on the angle that it was on my face without using a mirror but it was detectable without using a magnifying mirror. What a waste of money from now on I’ll never go anywhere else but to the Wax parlor Sandra is the best in Nashville hands-​down

I had a really good experience at European Wax Center. I was nervous to get my nose waxed because it makes me tear up just to have one nose hair tweezed! Yeah– it didn’t even hurt nearly as bad as I thought! I hardly felt it. Thanks to Whitney for making it so smooth and Amy at the front desk for calming my fears!

I have been visiting EWC monthly since July and it is my favorite way to pamper myself. Whitney was recommended to me through a friend and she is who I always go to. She is super friendly, makes it a less painful experience, and overall just does a great job. Thanks EWC and Whitney for keeping me silky smooth!

First time clients get a free wax so I got my eyebrows done for free. Before starting Whitney asked me to show her what my perfect eyebrow wold be and how I want my eyebrows to look. The place was clean and saw me on time.

I am here visiting from out of town and picked a waxer based of Google review. Noelle was wonderful. Did my underarms in maybe 10min. Super friendly and seemed genuine. Tweezed what didn’t come out as I requested and had a nice, quick pull of the wax strips so it pulls out fast. Will definitely be seeing her again whenever I’m in the area :)

Love this place! I purchased the brow wax pass, which was 9 brow waxes and 3 free. Each brow wax is only costing me about $ 13, which is SO reasonable. I go to Noelle and love how knowledgeable she is and how she takes time to not only get to know me as a client but as a person. She always asks how I like my brow shape and if I would like any changes made, even though I stick with the same thing each visit. I appreciate her asking, though! I recommend this location to everyone I know and will be a loyal customer till we move. It’s an extremely clean, sanitary location as well, which is very important to me.

Can I give it –5 stars? I didn’t realize I was going to a used car dealership to get a wax. Give me a break who has that much money to buy 10 Brazilians plus all the crap they try to sell you. The front desk girls are very snotty and make you feel like crap when you don’t buy $ 1000 worth of product and or services. It’s really gross that they double dip thank you for giving everyone each other’s germs. Never going back

I’ve been a client at European Wax Center for years in California and after coming to Utah, I was excited to find out that they have locations here too! The aestheticians and receptionists at this location are always friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year and have always had a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

First time waxing was BAD.
I signed up for a brazilian and full leg. It was SO Painful. The wax kept breaking when she tried to pull it off (since they dont use muslin strips) so it hurt way worse than necessary. My Brazilian was splotchy at best with a lot of hairs left over, she was NOT thorough in between, and didn’t even do the back. She literally left full sections of leg up on my thighs. When I got home there was little bits of wax all over the place and left over hair and even slight bruising. They seemed more interested in getting me to buy expensive products than giving me a good wax.
I went to «Wax Me Too» a month later and it was A MILLION TIMES BETTER. They are much more thorough and considerate. Better service, and less pain.

I love European Wax Center! All the wax specialists at both the Draper and Midvale location are very talented and trained. I am also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I will not go anywhere else! The prices are reasonable and the option of purchasing a wax pass saves me money on each visit. Love the wax and the staff! Everyone is so friendly and always makes me feel very comfortable!

After initially having a bad experience at EWC they made every effort to make it right including offering a free service to try them again. Kudos to EWC for caring about customer service! I did try them again and I really liked Whitney. I will be back!

I absolutely LOVE EWC.
I’ve been waxing for years and it’s taken me so long to find a place that delivers a less painful, sanitized, and precise wax. My brows always look amazing no matter which waxer I see. (I have a crazy schedule so it’s hard for me to stick with the same person each time) But the thing that really caught my attention is that they don’t double dip and the room still smells like disinfectant when I walk in. That makes me feel like I am truly getting a clean wax and that they have very high standards for cleanliness. My experiences have been consistently wonderful, from the moment I walk in to when I walk out. I’ll never wax anywhere else again.
P. S. they have a great free wax offer for first time guests, oh and $ 21 for a first time brazilian!
