I broke the screen on my MacBook Pro. Paul responded within 24 hours of me contacting him. He was more than friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to have such genuine customer service. Paul keeps everything very transparent — he even sent me the tracking number for the part needed to fix my computer so that I knew when it arrived. The new screen looks great! I plan to come here for any other future computer needs.
