A very neat place to visit & have a drink. Pick a glass, choose a cocktail, & keep the glass when finished. The bartenders seemed a bit overwhelmed the day we visited so we only had one drink & left. I enjoyed the spicy grapefruit cocktail I just wish it had been spicy. Will return again when we are in town though.

Horrible. Avoid at all costs. While the bartenders are pretty good, the manager and the wait staff have bad attitudes. Don’t reward them with your business.

This place was very nice! We have come to Austin many times and never knew about this little gem. The outside is nice with the hillside as a backdrop. Tours offered on Friday and Saturday. Be prepared for the long lines to get drinks. I don’t think the bartenders ever stopped the whole time we were there. The line was continuously out the door. Getting to keep the Deep Eddy’s mason jars your drink comes in is a plus. The only thing missing would be live music playing. We will return!

Dont go for personality. The girls behind the bar are about as desce as the liquir they server. They dont greet you with a hello or a smile. It seems they are always too preoccupied and are very slow. The vodka is well … it’s vodka — cant go wrong with vodka. I do like the menu of drink choices. Seems when its busy bar tenders should be able to take 3 – 4 orders at a time — serve it up and get the $. Why is it one at a time — seems more $$ would be rolling in if drinks were served up faster.

A great way to spend a beautiful day. Drinks are(too) tasty and I love that the bartenders will coach you up on how to make them at home.

Came here to see a friend, she got great service. I’m pregnant, so wasn’t drinking, but they did have a food truck outside and some non-alcoholic drinks for the DD’s. Bathrooms weren’t bad, I like that since I frequent them now.

Another winner in Dripping Springs. My daughter celebrated her 22nd birthday with a few friends and we opted for the Vodka tasting and tour. Their staff provided a yummy appetizer a long with the tasting. Everyone had so much fun and the distillery tour was educational. Their Bloody Mary was awesome! Great outdoor area also. PS: We made sure to take a few designated drivers along!

Oh Deep Eddy, I love you SOMUCH! Your vodkas are some of my favorite and I champion you at any given moment. Your tasting room however, is just OK. My friends and I came over here one Sunday just to experience it and get out of town. They have a little bar setup with 2 – 3 bartenders and suggested cocktails with cute little glasses that come with the purchase of your drinks. They also have a little gift shop near the entrance. The total seating area is kind of small and they have a couple of cramped cornhole games outside too. $ 9 for a drink in our old glass is just kind of $$$. I hate to sound like a tight wad but I have a hard time paying over $ 6 for one of their vodkas at any bar I’m at.

Some friends and I took a tour for a friend’s birthday. It was pretty impressive to hear about their story, how they started, about the founders, how each vodka is made, how it compares to others and how they use real fruit to make their flavored vodkas. Very interesting! When we got to the tasting at the end, they have a shot of each of their vodkas waiting for you at the table. They have you try each one and suggest mixing some of them. Their vodkas are great and I don’t doubt you can taste the difference in quality between other vodkas, but I don’t like drinking vodka by itself so I left the majority of the shots there. It would be nice if they provided some mixers for you such as club soda or tonic or something. Several of my friends also couldn’t down the shots by themselves. Overall great, though, and very friendly staff! The place itself is nice as well, and you can chill outside with friends and it is dog friendly!

What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Sipping on a few drinks made with the newly released Deep Eddy Peach made the time fly. We heard that Deep Eddy Peach was being released in February but that we could try it early(in January when we visited) so we made the short drive from Austin to check it out! The two recommended drinks featuring Peach were great. A Peach Tea and a Peach spritzer — both refreshing and just plain delicious. The bartenders were very friendly, attentive, and even offered a taste of Deep Eddy Peach so we could see what the fuss was about. There is a great outdoor seating area that you can relax in — although the January weather was a bit too chilly for that. Definitely a place to visit if you have never been!

On our way here I had high expectations. I was thinking the experience would be similar to visiting a distillery on the bourbon trail in Kentucky or a winery in Napa. Perhaps my expectations were too lofty, but this place was kind of a let down. First, the line for a drink was super long(took about 15 – 20 minutes to be served). There was very little seating space inside and the outside space was mostly in the shade(it was cold outside in February) and the few spots in the sun were taken. We ended up standing off to the side. The drinks were ok, but the experience primarily focused on ordering a mixed drink as the vodka sampler also was primarily their flavored vodkas and we didn’t really feel liking ripping shots. The facilities themselves were not very interesting. I would recommend just trying their vodka at a bar in Austin.

Cute establishment Cocktails were tasty and vodka’s were delicious. Really liked the lemon vodka. Outside there is a food truck from whole foods… the beet fries were amazing and the grilled Brussels sprouts were delicious. Overall a great place to visit!

This distillery is huge and beautiful. Almost has a cabin type feel, but its very classy. It’s a bit more upscale than I expected which was very welcome. Their drink menu is more about tasting the vodka rather than creating a ton a mixed drinks, so the menu is small, but delicious. They specialize in flavored vodka, and its not overpowering like Smirnoff or the other cruddy vodkas, they found a good balance with flavor and its very smooth. You get to keep your drinking glass, so it’s a cool little perk. I was happy to discover they are nationwide, so I will be going on a mini quest to find a liquor store that carries this amazing brand.

We hit this place with the pups after a weekend hike. The wife and I had to sample the peach offerings. My wife had the peach tea and I had a spritzer that had plenty of citrus to offset the sweet vodka. Beautiful space, friendly people, and delicious drinks? Yep, we will be stopping here next time we are near-by.

Had a company Christmas party there. It was beautifully decorated… not much more to say about that! The staff was a lil stiff… not to friendly! Maybe they didn’t want to do the large group! Well it showed… I have had better tasting wise! Sorry not that impressed. Nice outdoor space… ok if your out trying new things but not a regular stop for sure! They are new so maybe happy hours will be better in the long run down the road! Second visit but I think the last… moving on!

What a super fun place to spend the day with a group of friends! We celebrated a friend’s birthday here a couple weekends ago and had an absolute blast! We took a bus from the JW Mariott in downtown Austin to the distillary and for about $ 25 each got a ride to and from the distillary, a free cocktail and *YOUGETTOKEEPTHEGLASS* :), a tour of their building and a taste of moonshine. I have to say, I loved the spicy vodka drink that I had, name escapes me right now, but I would go back in a second! WITH A DD of course! I really think the shuttle thing is the way to go seeing as how it took all the danger out of trying all the vodka drinks and flights!!!

My favorite vodka. I came with a positive attitude since I already really like the product. We came late afternoon and things were winding down. They close at 5 on Saturday. Short story short, we got in line ordered a drink, drank it and left. I had my favorite, vodka rocks, the hand pour did not disappoint. The atmosphere is new, nice and fairly roomy. Will return when I can spend more time, have 2 drinks(the limit) and stay for an hour or so.

Deep Eddy’s new Tasting room is better than I expected. I wasn’t expecting a spacious modern indoor and outdoor(partially covered) relaxing hang out spot with amazing views. Paired with the last weekend of the month live music & food truck on location, I will definitely be back with friends to enjoy an afternoon. People had dogs on leash in the outdoor space, and they had lawn games(corn hole). The venue would be excellent for special events, it is that cool. The distillery is open Friday & Saturday 11am-5pm, and Sunday 12 noon-5pm. You can book tours online for $ 20( ). I haven’t yet done a tour, but the price of the tour includes a pick up(if you want) from outside the J&W Marriott hotel downtown, complimentary Deep Eddy cocktail of your choice served in a souvenir mason jar, tour of the distillery floor, and 20% off merchandise. Even if you don’t go on a tour, they have a large window in the tasting bar area that looks into the distillery. If you don’t come on a tour, you will wait in a line at the tasting bar, and review the menu. You can get a tasting paddle($ 10 to taste four of your choice Deep Eddy flavors), or get a cocktail. If having a cocktail, you must choose a glass(which is yours to keep): $ 9 mason jar, $ 9 Hi Ball, or $ 7 signature plastic cup. Once you have chosen a glass, you then select a cocktail. They have a 2 drink maximum per guest policy. The cocktails are a great way to highlight the possibilities of the different flavors. You may not like something straight up, but in a cocktail, that can all change. The staff are friendly, and you get to watch them mixing up your cocktail creation in front of you. Deep Eddy makes all their vodkas with corn so are gluten free. The Vodka is column distilled 6 – 10 times and charcoal filtered, dependent on the type of vodka. This results in the smooth and easy to drink vodka. They use all natural sweeteners, premium juices, and local honey to create their flavored vodkas. I love everything except the cranberry, and only the Sweet Tea in certain cocktail creations.

Hey there, Deep Eddy’s! It’s a really cool looking place, and their flavored vodkas are pretty de-lish, but I was a little disappointed to see that you could only do a tour if you booked it as a group in advance(also costs $ 25). The outside area is nice with a covered patio, a few picnic benches, and some cornhole sets. They offer a few different cocktails, as well as frozen slushies for you to sip on, and you get to keep the mason jar glasses they come in(drinks cost $ 9 in a mason jar). I’d say it’s a fun stop if you’re in Dripping Springs and looking for somewhere to relax, but not a must-see unless you’re willing to plan out your trip in advance so you can take advantage of the tour.

The Good: Great place to take a little mini-trip to on a sunny day. The patio has great scenery, perfect for groups! The bad: The bottle price actually came out higher than purchasing from a liquor store like Specs. Go for the scenery and tasting, not for bottle purchases.
