Horrible Experience! I get there and Dr. Miller is manning the desk as his assistant had quit(I see why!) and he asks me to fill out a ton of paperwork that was supposed to be sent to me beforehand but obviously was not. I do that and he proceeds to take a good 20 minutes trying to figure out my insurance information– not sure why wasn’t that was done ahead of time. He finally tells me he can’t find anything and then stares at me like its my fault. I asked«What would you like me to do?» as I had found the dentists information from my insurance website. He reluctantly said«I can call them– are you sure you want to wait?»…I’m sorry– why is he trying to turn away business?! He calls, maybe puts it on hold or hangs up– I couldn’t tell when another woman walks in and he proceeds to get up and tell her he’s going to show her around the office. No «I’ll be right back» to me or «I’m on hold with the insurance» in which case with leaving the desk he would not have been able to speak with anyone since he wasn’t near the phone… I got nothing! At this point an hour has passed since my scheduled appointment time so I walked out. He obviously doesn’t need/want business and I will never go there again. I plan on telling anyone and everyone NOT to go to this dentist. BEWARE!
