Texas Water Systems

Husband out of town and I had a problem! I’m wary of repairmen who take advantage of a lack of knowledge. I found Steve Wittman on Angie’s list and called him. He was responsive and gave me enough information on the phone to know he was the right one to call. He came out and fixed my problem for me without trying to sell me anything extra! The BEST!

I was referred to Steve by a friend of a friend. I was going to interview a few companies to set up our water system but when I met Steve I knew we had our guy. I was prepared to spend a ton of money to get the right water system for our family. After Steve interviewed me about our needs he told me I didn’t need as much as I thought. That was refreshing and I knew then that I was dealing with a super honest gentleman. Steve’s knowledge, customer service and graciousness far exceeded my expectations. Our water softener, reverse osmosis and filter are functioning top notch. The install is immaculate. He even inexpensively solved an issue we had with bacteria. I don’t Unilocal very often but felt it was necessary to share this experience with the world. Don’t go anywhere else for your water system needs!

We love our water softener and RO system! This is not our first system. So, my hubby and I thought we knew the right questions to ask in regards to the system for our new home. Thankfully, Steve Wittman was well prepared to address our questions and concerns. He listened attentively and offered various solutions for us to consider. Never did we feel pressured or manipulated. This is the mark of a true professional. Through our experience with Aqua Systems of Austin/​Dripping Springs, we can say we are very pleased with the product and service provided. Isauro, the installation professional, was also knowledgeable, respectful of our home (conscious of cleanliness) and had a delightful personality. I am beside myself. To say that Steve goes above and beyond is an understatement. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast, considerate, timely and the price was very reasonable. He is organized and clean. Removed his clean work boots immediately upon entering our home and was considerate of our household’s chemical and scent sensitivity needs. He even walked us through and advised us about our well water system at no additional charge and educated us in a friendly and accessible manner. I am SO grateful that I contacted him and will not be using or recommending anyone else for our water system needs.
