charged over $ 400 to change two lock cylinders which should have been under $ 200. I called to complain and the person told me it took over 3 hours when we clearly had timed him at no more than two hours. I asked what his hourly rate was and he said they didn’t have one. Sounds like they just make it up as they go. Furthermore, I never received a copy of the invoice and when we spoke he said it would take THREE weeks to get a copy faxed to me! …but he was gracious enough to waive the additional charge!!!
