I have been here off and on for many years … but had a poor experience the last 2 times. First, the owner did my nails for the usual acrylic refill. I was the only one there in the beginning — no one was waiting, I felt very rushed every step of the way. I was afraid I might come out bleeding, or end up with crooked nails. Then, her phone was constantly beeping or chirping with an incoming text message. She kept looking down to read it. At one point, she stopped to send a text back. My nails looked good, but I was not happy. Then the Saturday before Mother’s Day, my mom and I went in for pedicures, WITH appointments. One technician was available for me right away, but a technician started on my mom 25 minutes late! The owner never explained or apologized.
