Kroger

Wednesday, Feb. 17, was my first time shopping for groceries at the Dublin Kroger store. While I had been in the store before, I had never bought groceries there. (I live in a small, nearby town) Since I had to be in Dublin anyway, I decided to try it out. I want to tell you, management, and employees, how very impressed I was with you! I could not believe the variety of items available in the store (did I mention I’m from a very small town? *smile*), and the fact that the shelves were fully stocked. In fact, there were associates all over the store, constantly re-​stocking, offering assistance, etc. The produce section alone blew me away! ALL of your employees were very friendly, stopping what they were doing to greet me, and asking if I needed assistance with anything. When I finished shopping, I was directed to an open register by a very nice cashier, who asked if I had found everything I needed. She was very efficient and had me checked out quickly! Little did I know, it was also «Senior discount» day, and along with the Kroger card I had loaded to my phone, I was more than pleased with my total bill. I have to say that having been in Kroger stores before with family members who were shopping (Macon), I was hesitant to shop here because there IS so much available. I was afraid I would spend too much! But, that was not the case, and I WILL be back. Though I live about 35 miles away, I have to come to Dublin fairly often for other reasons. Kroger will be a regular stop from now on. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that there is a Starbucks inside! *smile* Thank you for a great grocery shopping experience!

Larger than normal Kroger. Has Dublin’s only Starbucks. 24 hour facility. Redbox out front. Cheap gas, too.
The best thing about the Dublin Kroger is how well managed it is. The manager is very visible and accessible to the customers. His employees have better than average customer care skills.
