This review is long over due…
I have been going to Amanda for over 2 years now… and she is AH-​MA-​ZING! I refuse to go anywhere else for my gel manicure.
Amanda has a collection of nail colors that will blow your mind. I guarantee she has THE color you’re looking for to show off on your perfectly manicured nails.
Amanda is not only professional and superb at what she does, she’s also extremely sweet, and her station is super clean. She carries all of the top notch nail products and will also give you pointers on how to better care for your hands and nails.
Like I said, I will not go anywhere else for my gel manicures… she is the BEST =)

I have been going to Amanda for several years and her manicures are great! I get a gel manicure every 2 weeks or so and could go longer between visits,
but my nails get too long and the growth shows. Her regular manicures, as well as special designs, are beautiful and she is very creative. I love the on-​line scheduling!

Amanda was so nice and helped me find the perfect design for my nails! I had never gotten a fun nail design and really wanted something festive for the holidays. She really listened to what I wanted and was very nice and friendly throughout the appointment. I told her that I am very hard on my nails and that gel normally doesn’t last more than a week on my nails. She told me that probably wouldn’t be the case this time and I really didn’t believe her. but sure enough it is 2 weeks later and my nails are still going strong! Going to have to remove them for once!

Amanda has been doing my nails for a few years now… she does an amazing job and is super flexible and organized with appointments… I could not recommend Amanda any more highly… and she is an amazing person… love her:)

Amanda is amazing!
I went to Amanda to get my nails done for prom and she did great. I wanted shellac and I wanted it to be the color of my heels so she mixed 2 colors together got them to look exactly like my heels.
We also had really fun conversations. I really recommend everyone to come here.

All I can say is WOW! She can do nails and do them well but if you need something fixed then she treats you like sh! t. I was going to her for about a year without any problems and about a week ago one of my nails lifted and I texted her and asked her if I could come in or should I just try and glue it. Her response was «glue is fine». I asked her when can I come in her response was «I don’t work today». I told her I wasn’t expecting her to drop everything I just wanted to know a day and time. She couldn’t be mature or professional enough to actually help her customer. She is a nail tech that will talk sh! t about you behind your back and to your face act as though she’s your best friend. I sure as hell wouldn’t recommend her services to anyone ever. I would rather go to a «chop shop» then ever step foot in that salon again. She’s MOST DEFINITELY NOT worth the hassle or headache no matter how pretty your nails may look.

I’ve been going the Amanda for close to two years. She is very personable and she is very meticulous in her trade. She offers a variety of services, relish, acrylic, and much more! Pedis too! My service is UV Gel not to be confused with gel polish services — it is not the same thing! Rare to find after my move from Vegas.
She takes her time with your service and wants to know if you are pleased with it and will make every effort to ensure you are happy and goes out of her way to get you in her schedule. Very flexible!
I normally get UV Gel pink and white and when I asked her about a special pink I like she ordered it and surprised me and I just love it.
She is a joy to be around and does a fantastic job. Check her website and FB, she is always posting new pics.

Love the gel manicures by Amanda. Mine last over 2 weeks. Amanda’s place is clean and quiet. Amanda does a meticulous job on your nails. The online schedule tool is a bonus! Now, I can make my appointments when I think of it– even if that’s at 10:00 at night!

She did a great job! I’m just not sure the normal price is worth the service (I bought a Unilocal deal to try this salon out). For nails there are so many other options! But quality and service is very good for sure. I will probably keep looking for other nail place options.

I get my toes done by Amanda. I’m pedicure phobic so she does shellac polish on my toes only. With out having to get my feet soak. Love shellac it last for a long time. She does a great job and is never in a rush. She does online schedueling which is easy to use.

I went for the first time a couple days ago and was truly amazed by the way Amanda pays attention to detail. I am one of the most pickiest people when it comes to my nails. I have been in the bay area for about 4 years and never found a nail tech that I liked until now. She has exquisite knowledge on nails and new techniques. I will definatley be back from here on out

Amanda is an excellent professional in her field. She is on time, she takes 1 hour. Her business is important to her and her clients time is important as well. That equates to a professional. Thank you so much for making me shine…

I am SO glad I found Amanda. I was looking for an experienced nail tech to do a full set of acrylics and a pedicure for my upcoming wedding. She advised me on which type of nails to get and even suggested an awesome toe polish/​shellac that was FANTASTIC! People could not get over how good they looked. Amanda also explained how long my nails should be and they ended up looking very natural and elegant. I will definitely be back in the future! I can’t wait to try some more colors and designs, her work is very creative!

I have been going to Amanda for more than ten years! She does an excellent job on my shellac nails, «rock stars» and «Sheekee» wrapped toes! She keeps up with the latest trends, is professional, and is always concerned with sanitation! She uses a fresh sealed set of sanitized tools on each client! I highly recommend Amanda at Strictly French.

I have been going to Amanda for over a year now and I always look forward to getting my nails done by her. She spends a great deal of time and effort into making your nails look the absolute best. Each time I come in to see her, she always has new colors, glitter, designs, and new ideas for me to try on my nails. I never leave disappointed or unhappy with my nails, which is saying alot because I’m super picky when it comes to my nails. I recieve numerous compliments for my nails wherever I go, all thanks to Amanda and her talented nail expertise. As usual I can’t wait for my next nail appointment in the next couple weeks! Highly recommend her if your looking for a quality nail job!

I am new to the area and have been struggling to find someone who I trust to do my nails. The Internet led me to Amanda, and I’m so happy it did! I had my appointment today and she did a great job! I will be coming back. Im so happy with my nails!

Amanda has done my nails twice now and they’ve been pretty close to perfect each time. She’s very nice to talk too and I appreciate how clean she keeps her work station. I heard that she was expensive but it’s not by much (compared to the nail salons you find on every street corner) and I’m willing to pay the few extra $ for the quality and expertise. I also love all the fun colors that Amanda has as well. Overall I love Amanda and her great work and I leave her salon with pretty nails, what more can a girl ask for :)

As a former nail tech, I have never found anyone that I was satisfied with to do my acrylics. Most technicians don’t have great attention to detail or they are not «updated» in their style and their product. I found Amanda 7 years ago and will drive from Walnut Creek because her quality is THAT good! I love how she has transformed my summer pedicures — between rock star toes or the Shellac toes — I can’t believe how long my gorgeous pedis last! My acrylics are gorgeous too — I am more conservative with my pink and whites and does a amazing job on them!

Amanda has been doing my nails for years, sometimes due to travel I need to go somewhere else as I’m not in the area and I hate it. Other technicians are not as careful, they are generally not even, tend to lift soon, etc. Amanda gets each nail perfectly done, there is no uneveness and they look fabulous.
