My husband and I love Panera. The Fallon location is our go-to stop when we want«fast food» but don’t want to screw up our healthy diets because of the quick Drive-Through window. I ordered a chicken Thai salad with dressings on the side(the usual) and my husband ordered a full chicken fettuccine plate. When we brought the food home, my husband looked at his receipt and his«full» size dinner… Not only did it look like a half size, but it looked like someone ate half of it! I took a picture before he ate any of it. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Usually Panera leaves us satisfied and we’re happy customers. But apparently this location needs to be more considerate of their customers and be mindful of what they’re serving at the drive-through.

My husband and I went there for lunch earlier today. As we were leaving we noticed a «we are closed» sign put up. Within a couple hours we both had horrible food poisoning. Not sure what happened. We both had chicken dishes. I do know I’m not going back there.

Really great service. The girl at the front counter is outstanding. I had a previous bad experience at the panera in Vacaville and was hesitant to go back but dublins store was really fantastic. It’s refreshing to have service this good.

My girlfriend and I love panera, and we had never used the order from my table portion of the app, excited to try it we ordered soup, salad, a scone, and bread. 23 minutes later we got our soup and salad, and the woman who brought it to us seemed annoyed that we had ordered from our table. She said they were out of french bread, and offered another type of bread. 10 minutes later someone else brought us French bread, saying that the first girl had forgot. I also inquired about our scone, and he quickly brought it. The bathrooms were cramped, and the soap was leaking onto the floor. Overall poor service, the food from what we had was standard fare, but I don’t plan on returning here when there are other locations near by.

Although many come to Panera Bread to feel more upscale than eating at McDonald’s, I wouldn’t recommend coming to this particular chain. I waited in the drive through for about 30 minutes waiting for my food. I honestly could have gotten out of my car, went next door and ordered a meal before my car even had to move. Every time I drive by and see the drive through full I just sigh.

Terrible bagel. One of the most disappointing I’ve ever had. Everything bagel at 1140 on a sat, plain spread and just not fresh. Very salty. Took it inside, spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and got me a plain bagel, which was much fresher. Overall looks like a good place to get quick food with kiosk ordering and a video screen showing when takeaway orders are ready. Maybe I will give it another shot to earn additional stars. Staff seems competent and friendly, and the place is clean

I’ve had a few upsets at this location but today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Yes they have a drive through but they take forever to get the food to you. This location charges 3.19 for their green tea normal price is 2.99 which would not be a huge deal but it is so watered down at this location I might as well have just ordered a water. A cup of Mac and cheese is 5 bucks and it was filled a little over halfway. The prices are higher here, a full order grilled cheese is 6.59(you know 2 slices of wheat bread with a slice of cheese) Were never coming back to this location. The one on first street in Livermore is much better and has fast service

Last time we ate at this Panera was over 6 months ago. While the food is good, the service at this location always seems to be slow and the portions tend to be really small. We had basically crossed this restaurant off of our list, but felt like a light meal(soup/salad). We were optimistic that today would be different… but it was not. Luckily, we weren’t super hungry when we went so for a while the wait was okay. After around 40 minutes waiting I went and asked the manager. He checked with the kitchen and said it would be ready in a few minutes. About 15 minutes later our food was finally brought to our table. And then, the soup was only lukewarm. While I was taking the soup back to the manager, the server had already given my wife our money back without us even asking. A small gesture that helps. The table next to us had problems too. They asked the server if the meat on their sandwich was normal or not because it looked really small for a $ 10 sandwich. The server brought out another sandwich with twice as much meat that looked«normal» for Panera(still a little on the small side). If I had been really hungry, I would have given them a 1, but after we finished eating, our server came up to our table and apologized sincerely. More than the refund, I appreciated his apology, although it should have been the manager who apologized to us. The server said that several people didn’t show up for work today. Situations like that are understandable, but I think it would have been appropriate for the manager to let us know that it might take a little longer than usual when we were placing our order.

The portions are SOOOOO small. I really don’t even know how their half sandwich had three pieces of chicken that were so tiny and the mac and cheese bowl was only half filled, and it was a small cup to begin with. Over ten dollars for this?! You used to be so much better panera.

At 7:30 they closed their kitchen and stopped selling hot food. WTF! Why run a restaurant if you don’t actually want to serve what’s on your menu. No hot food for the last two and a half hours you are open! Ridiculous! Don’t bother coming here in the evening. They don’t want your business.

Who ever thought Panera Bread welcomed People to just sit and lounge around or in my case, STUDY ! Plenty of outlets here for those who needs one to charge phones or laptops :) I’m glad this place opened up ! I have a place to study with AC. No more crowded coffee shops for me ! Service: 3⁄5 Stars. The guy who took my order didn’t seem to be too familiar with the food they serve. I asked what kind of soups are good and his response was so… Me: «so what’s good here ??» Guy: «they’re all about the same.» What the hell… SELLMAN! SELL !!! Me: just give me the Broccoli Chowder then… Food: Broccoli Chowder 4⁄5 Not too shabbyyyyyy. It came out nice and hot ! Just the way I like it. The baguette was kinda hard but I tossed it into my soup. so it got soft anyways. Bistro French Onion Soup: 2⁄5 Looked better on their menu than when it’s actually in front of you. It’s pretty salty too.

The lure of a drive-through. I was lured. I drove through. I got kale salad, onion soup and a bagel. The smell, textures, taste… all very reminiscent of nursing home or hospital food. (Except the bread that came with the soup was good.) The ‘parmesan crisps’ in the salad must have been assembled in the Philippines with ingredients from China. They are that good. I think too highly of my dog to save them for her. The bagel was hard in places, semi-stale or what? I thought bread was their thing. The chicken in the salad smelled like dog food. I did give my dog the chicken. It was all a trigger for a fantasy of having a grandmother in a nursing home who fell asleep in her wheelchair in front of dinner. So I looked it over and considered eating some, but it was too gross. I actually did eat the bread and her onion soup. Do you think she’ll be mad and cut me out of her will? I’ll just say, «how do I know you, dear?» when she wakes up. Anyway, there is no grandma or nursing home, but such is the powerful trigger of scents and taste. Didn’t Panera use to be good? What happened?

I really didn’t believe my kids when they said that Panera was a drive thru by the«big Target». I kept saying, «drive thru Panera, how is that going to work»? But low and behold, there IS a drive thru Panera by the«big Target»! Who knew?!? I’m not going to admit to my children that they were right, for now ;) Anyways, there is a Panera by my work… the one on the other side of Dublin. But sometimes I just do not feel like getting out of my car, especially in the morning. My, how fast food places made some of us so lazy. Panera, you’re not helping the cause. Anyways, I’ve been through this place twice now. I’d say about 10:45, because it’s before I have to be at work at 11. It must be between the breakfast and lunch rush, but both times, I have had no one in front of me. They have also had the bacon and spinach soufflé, which is my favorite. They only make so many though, so sometimes they run out. Well, both times I have had success with getting my hands on one! They supplied me with utensils and napkins in the bag. My souffles have been warm. My drink, filled with ice and ready for me to be at work in 15 minutes. I’m happy that this Panera exists, hopefully they are able to work all the kinks out to provide exceptional customer service. I am sure that I will continue to visit their drive thru.

Made a quick stop here for some coffee. I got a shortbread cookie and some regular brewed coffee. The cookie was delicious but the coffee was very watery and cold. They also did not have a decaf option. Their location is really nice and there is plenty of parking spots. They have the quick order kiosks as well where you put in your own order.

If I was stuck on a deserted island in the middle of the Pacific, and I could pick a single chain to open there, it would be Panera. I’m a big fan of Panera… they got you covered from breakfast all the way thru dinner. I was excited to find the Panera in East Dublin. And this particular location has a drive thru! What? I bet it takes forever though. I’m usually here for breakfast on my random week days off. Coffee + a breakfast sandwich on everything bagel. And if I’m being a real fatty, I add a cinnamon crunch bagel. Top it off with free WiFi and great ambiance, then you’ve got yourself a winner. Food is always consistently good, although consistently pricey as well. This place will never disappoint. Wish I had the dough to open a franchise in Hawaii.

Came to this location today for lunch. At the end of the day, Panera is Panera. Nothing in particular sticks out from this experience as opposed to the other locations I’ve been to, but I’ve tried my best to rate based on the overall atmosphere, quality of food, and relative service compared to other locations. I will say that our food came out a lot faster than I used to. Probably within 5 minutes of us ordering. However, the soups were a little bit uninspired. We got the broccoli and cheese soup, chicken and wild rice soup, cream of tomato soup. The broccoli cheese wasn’t really as thick as I’d like, the cream of tomato was on the sour and salty side, but the chicken and wild rice was perfect. On the sandwich side, we got the BBQ Chicken Flatbread, the Southwestern Chicken Flatbread, and the Chipotle Chicken Panini(yea we love that chicken). Anyway, the flatbreads were an interesting twist, I assume they’re a new item that Panera is rolling out and perhaps they’re still working out some of the kinks. The BBQ chicken flatbread was a little too heavy on the barbeque sauce but the chicken and cheese inside were both great. The Chipotle Chicken panini was amazing. The Southwestern Chicken Flatbread was also a little bit too heavy on the sauce, such that it overpowered all of the other elements. In terms of the staff here, I was a bit put off by some of the unprofessionalism. One of the cashiers had us wait in line while they slowly refilled coins into the cash register(Could she really not wait until we finished ordering? There was no one behind us in line). When I went to fill up water at the soda machine, one of the employees quickly cut in front of me to refill their large cup of iced tea. I know Panera is a fast-casual dining experience so I can’t expect much, but a little more common sense for employees working a consumer facing role might be helpful.

Oh man this place had such high potential to be a great place to dine in or take out but after hubby’s food poisoning disaster! It’s a no go for us! He came here for a late night snack at 9 and he was sick the entire night after eating their broccoli cheddar soup! People if the soup is old just dump it and say you are out! Don’t serve it!

Panara Bread still eludes me as a dining/drinking destination. nothing has captured my fancy. though they have a vast menu: bagels, cookies, breads, salads, paninis, coffee, smoothies, ice teas, bagel sammies, etc. drink: iced hisbiscus tea(L.2.29) –weak, tart taste, premade. 2ish stars drips: line moved fast when 2 cashiers working. –next to BJ brewhouse.
