I don’t usually don’t give any business 1 star but these guys deserve one.
I have used them for couple years now and have always ordered my car magnets from them. Couple times their car magnets fell off while I was driving but I took full responsibility and ordered another set from them which it cost me another $ 200 again for just 5 small magnets! Anyhow, the same thing happened again and this time the magnets got glued into my car so hard where it ripped into peaces when i tried to get them off! I told them about the magnets and they wanted to see it. So I took it back and they said they have to send it off somewhere to get it examined!
Long story short, they denied and said its not their fault after a week of having my magnets at their shop and I’m sure they didn’t send it off anywhere for quality examination. they also kept delaying my new order because I asked them to provide me with some discounts this time and that never happened. They never made my personal designed magnets and their excuse was that I never told them to make one… Really? After designing my magnets with them at the shop and the guy telling me it’ll be ready in a day! Seriously!!! And now u deny that I never ordered a new one!!! Wow!!!
Overall they have worst customer service with shi**y quality products and talk about the price!!! They old man Working there is really rude and unprofessional when it come to customer service or I guess that’s how he is with foreigners. I don’t recommend these guys to anyone at all! I have found a cheaper place with better customer service and also with quality here in Pleasanton!!!

Steven is a expert at what he does, it is obvious when you speak with him and undeniable after you receive your sign from him.
sign Pro is the 3^rd shop I visited to get a quote on multiple vinyl decals I wanted for my new business. He had these signs done in 2 days flat. He emailed me proofs and replied to my emails promptly. As far as the price goes I can assure you there is no need to haggle with price here, they were the lowest price of all 3 shapes I went to and Steve even digitized my logo for me in multiple formats, and provided my with a disc, and email for future use.

These guys are great! I had them design and create custom graphics for my truck, which turned out great. They also made a huge banner for me.

These guys are awesome! I’ve been meaning to write this for a while now. Sandy and Steve have done the majority of my companies signs for years, and without fail, have never let me down. I’ve bought magnets, yard signs, various site signs, partial vehicle wraps, decals… and a bunch I know I’m forgetting. I’ve used other sign shops here and there in the area and have had various issues. Whatever I need, it’s always «No problem» from these guys.

Really nice company. I needed some decals with the greek flag and they were so creative. Steve did some in heart shapes and different sizes to choose. Great price and so nice family business.

Had several «small» custom sign jobs and they not only beat all other sign companies in the SF Bay Area, but also had faster turnaround time and better service because it’s a small shop, NOT a large chain with lots of employees. Have been using them for past 5 years and constantly shop their prices and they are the BEST price and BEST service.
