Sonesta Es Suites Dublin

For $ 79/​night this place is great! It’s basically a large studio apartment. The room has a full kitchen, dish washer, plates, bowls, full refrigerator, large bathroom vanity, comfy bed and a lounging area. The location is quite, but still close to I-​270 so you can get anywhere is a flash. The breakfast was meh, but it’s free so whatever. The workout room is great too. This place would be great for long business trips or if you want to save money and cook your own meals. There is a basketball court and a pool.

The staff was friendly and efficient. This Sonesta is also located quite close to the charming town of Dublin, and within walking distance of good ice cream.
The facilities were clean, except for an aroma in the room – perhaps chemical cleaner residue. Unfortunately, there was only one window which would open halfway. Some of the rooms are situated near air conditioning units so if you open a window the noise isn’t going to be that great for you. Wi-​fi was a little sluggish, too.
The breakfast on offer was not so great – apparently there was some problem with preparing it that day. But the coffee was the worst I’ve had in a long, long time… thin and watery. C’mon guys, even most gas stations make passable coffee these days!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Their rooms are more like small studio apartments with a full sized kitchen and were spacious and clean. I enjoyed how the hotel was laid out like an apartment complex, each room has a private entrance from outside and they are all laid out around a courtyard with a pool and basketball court. However, since our room was right alongside the basketball court it got very noisy when the kids came out at night. They were up running and playing tag until after 10. Also the breakfast was a little lack-​luster.
I think this place would be particularly great if you needed somewhere to stay for an extended amount of time. The area is very nice and safe, however there is little to nothing to do within walking distance.

Great location and terrific value, especially for a family of 4 – 5. We had a two-​bed, two-​bath suite with a nice sized living room including a sofa bed and a full kitchen – bigger than our first apartment. A full breakfast (not gourmet, but adequate) is included and apparently they provide simple evening meals most nights too, though we didn’t partake. Grocery store and tons of restaurants close by, and very close to the quaint village of Dublin. Most of the rooms are under construction right now but it wasn’t a nuisance.

Great hotels for the price ($ 99+tax) free breakfast, free wifi. Room had 2 bedrooms with queen beds that were very comfortable. Sofa bed was even comfortable too. Full kitchen also! I would describe it as more of a condo than a hotel room.
