The owner of this place is very rude, and kicked me out of a parking space that he claims is his even though there are no signs saying they are. No wonder this place is empty and doesn’t have any reviews.

Not only was the service extremely slow but the first employee that started the sandwich was very rude. He repeatedly told me I was wrong and I was ordering the wrong meat on my sandwich. When he didn’t add the bacon and I reminded him I had asked for it he threw a few uncooked pieces on my sandwich, when I asked him if he could cook the bacon first he just mumbled something under his breath and threw it in the microwave. No AC, terrible service, just go next door to extreme pizza. Worst subway experience ever.

This Subway is attached to a liquor store. So it’s not where I go if I want to sit and eat. But it’s a good location for grab and go. I haven’t had any problem here, servers are friendly enough. And it’s Subway, so you know what you get.

Worst subway service I’ve had. I work close by and go frequently but no more. They skimp on the toppings as mush as they can. My last visit got the bottom of the barrel for the Spanish and asked for more and they told me they were out of spinach. It was 12pm on a weekday. They will never get my $ ever again.

It’s inside a mini-mart, so I had to look twice before entering, but the bread was fresh and the guy who made my sandwich was not skimpy with the ingredients. He didn’t balk when I said I wanted everything on my turkey sandwich. The service was prompt and professional.

Decent service. Have to keep asking for more items. Kinda cheap with their veggies.

Yeah, it’s a little janky, being in a liquor store, but the guy working there was so cute and friendly, and made my sandwiches perfect. I had weird orders for my weird family, and he didn’t do any side eye or eye ball rolling. He kept the trays of ingredients covered when not in use, he was clean and careful. I’d go back.

Stay Away! This is the WORST Subway ever. They give you the least amount of meat as possible then they lie to you about why they do it saying it’s company wide. No it’s not because all the other Subways put the same amount of meat on, except for this place. The amount of meat should not vary from one location to another. They are just cheap. I ordered 2 different sandwiches and they both had unequal amounts of meat. I could barely even see the meat in one of them. The bread was hard, the quality of all the produce is also questionable. The color did not look right on most of them and the ones I got had no flavor. Tomatoes were green, lettuce was white, pickles tasted like they were sitting in water for weeks, cucumbers were yellow. All in all this place will ruin the Subway name. I’ll never come back.

I think they are skimpy on portions. I also noticed they buy the cheapest cheese and cheapest cold cuts from Costco.

This subway puts the least amount of meat with tons of produce to cover up the small amount of chicken that is on the sandwich. I will NEVER go to this subway shop again.

I have eaten sandwiches from this location before and everything was fine… but I went in today and orderd a B L T, they were so skimpy on the bacon that I ate tons of lettuce and tomatoes… What a waste of money. Taking my time out to go get a sandwich and to get what I got really sucks. never again

As a commuter I eat subway 4 – 5 times a week and have been to nearly all in the east bay area. At this subway the bread is the freshest tasting, cookies are always soft, and staff is friendlier than most.

This may have been the last time I will go to a Subway. I ordered the bacon sandwich, and that was the thinnest food colored cardboard I have ever eaten in my life, topped with lots of lettuce. If they can’t come close to the real thing, they shouldn’t sell it. When I asked an employee about it, he told me the manager was out on a break, so I left. In the past, I have been moderately pleased with their other sandwiches.

I’m really not a fan of Subway anymore. ANY subway. So to give this place a tiny break, I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in the door. Minimal meat on the sandwich, dry bread, less than fresh veggies and too much«sauce». This is a small subway tucked in a mini mart so of course, it is also minimally staffed. With only 1 person in front of me, I had to wait almost 10 minutes before even getting served. Then he had to spend a few minutes running around finding more lettuce. All the toppings were piled in the middle, leaving a very uneven sandwich. Sure the 5 dollar footlong is a good deal, but only if the sando is worth having. I’ll go to Bagel St., Panera and even Safeway Deli before going here. Lucky for this place, I had a $ 5 gift card and I’ll always take free food… even if it is somewhat sub-par.

I visit a lot of Subway restaurants and the 5 dollar foot long is an excellent value. This Subway is in a mini-mart and appears unconventional, in terms of what suburbanites in this area are used to seeing. However, open your rmind and do not let that scare you away. By far, this is the best Subway I’ve visited in Pleasanton and Dublin. The sandwiches are prepared consistently to order and always delicious. In the hundred or so sandwiches I have eaten here, I’ve never once been disappointed. In summer, this mini-mart usually does not put on the air conditioning. This causes trouble for the sandwich makers because they can’t always separate the pre-cut cheese slices properly. Sometimes, they just lop the entire lot on your sandwich. End result, extra cheese at no additional cost. This is a party bonus! For some unknown reason, I pay LESS for the same sandwich here than I do at the Subway on Hopyard. It may have something to do with tax application, but hey, the customer benefits in that situation. As with other Subway restaurants, I judge them on the 20-second toaster rule. If a sandwich maker does not let the sandwich toast the entire 20 seconds, he or she is cutting corners. At this location, they have consistently let the sandwich toast the entire 20 seconds. Skip the others and come to this Subway.

Gotta love a $ 5 Footlong! Even better: a fresh made sandwich just the way I want it. This is inside a ‘Mini Mart’ type of shop. This is family owned so it’s nice to see the same faces. I have been going there for over 3 yrs. On 1 visit a couple years back. the health inspector happened to be there. She told me they have always received good reports. What more could you want?
