My last half marathon made me realize that I needed to correct my foot pressure. I was experiencing unrelenting foot pain at the beginning of the year, Russell put me on his device, took two sets of impressions: one standing and one sitting. That right foot took most of the weight near my lateral arch closer to my small toe.
