A year ago I bought a spa from Turbo Spa’s. I was looking at COSTCO until I read the fine print. READ the Fine Print Costco does not stand behind their product, and only delivers to your drive way.
After doing my homework I came up with Turbo Spa’s as Unilocal’s 5 star rating and other sources A plus recommendation. Turbo Spa’s offered me an excellent spa with installation and quality service. A much better value for your money.
After one years use of Turbo Spa I can say I am 100% sure I made the best choice in spa’s. I the found the owner Jeff to be a man of his word and with honest workmanship. I have nothing but praises to sing about the value of this spa. We use it daily and are still experiencing quality with our Turbo Spa. The service I have received from Jeff at Turbo Spa has been excellent. .
What a great place to do business, I am thrilled with the product and the service. After a years use I can say You will get your moneys worth from this spa.

I have known Jeff’s wife for a very long time and she always spoke proudly about her husband’s work. Because of this, and for many years now, I knew that if and when I decided to make a spa purchase, I would buy one from him.
I came into Jeff’s showroom a couple of weeks ago and as much as I hate to admit it, my kids made the purchase for me. They made their choice and I just went along for the ride. Of course, it was in my budget range, but I let them choose nonetheless. They fell in love with their spa! I fell in love with the fair price.
Turbo Spas, and Jeff Davis, specifically, are the reason why I chose this tub. I’ve owned Hot Springs and Jacuzzi, but Jeff is the reason why I chose Turbo because I know that he will always stand behind his work. He and his son JC spent three hours hooking everything up, and it was a very difficult entrance to my back deck. However, everything went seamless and they didn’t damage anything.
Next morning, every single one of my family crawled into our new spa and we are totally satisfied! We love our spa.
One BIG PROBLEM though. Now I have my kid’s friends to contend with, as everyone has designated our house as the «place to be» and we have a parade of teenagers coming and going at our house. I’m not kidding, but everyone wants to come over to our house to try out the new tub.

Lets get this clear right now BEFORE I continue, I’M NOT A DEALER, I get NOTHING from Turbos Spas for my thoughts… I AM an independent service company with over 28 years experience servicing EVERYTHING in the spa world. I simply want to express my thoughts regarding Turbo Spas compared to other spa manufacturers.
Its been nearly 2 years since I last reviewed Turbo Spas, So its high time I spoke my mind again… Nothing has changed really… In fact this review is likely to be downright boring. These guys insist on not changing their business model of excellence in product, service and support. Come on, is this even possible? Look around at all the competition. Its astounding how many spa manufacturers have given in to reducing the quality of their products to keep the profits flowing and the costs reduced. I could name off a number of «top brands» that WERE known for quality reliable products, but now produce poorly built, substandard product and yet continue to lie to the consumer about the truth behind the quality. So whats going on at Turbo Spas? Whats wrong with these guys? What makes them think they can just go on building truly top quality tubs and still manage to stay in business when nearly all the rest of the manufacturers are building 2 – 3 times as many cheaper tubs? Well… Maybe its because some consumers actually place value in their hard earned cash! Maybe its because some consumers like the idea that their hard earned cash can actually be INVESTED in something that will not breakdown in a years time and leave them standing there staring at a leaking broken mess in their yard, because the manufacturer or dealer screwed them. Maybe its really because Jeff and his crew KNOW what it takes to gain your confidence in providing a quality product with a quality honest company behind it. We all know stuff breaks, we all know stuff wears out. But when we know that that we can still buy quality products from a reliable source for a competitive price, why keep looking for cheaper? When it comes to spa shopping, STOP shopping CHEAPER and start shopping INFORMED. Turbo Spas prides themselves in having worked as service people for years and fully understand the truth behind honesty in presentation, quality of product and customer respect. When you visit their showroom in Dublin, CA, you might notice the staff are truly knowledgeable and will listen to your desires, concerns and answer your questions with accurate simple to understand responses that DON’T include magic tricks and blowing smoke. So my review is done, nothing has changed, they are still the best IMHO and anyone seriously considering a new tub would be hard pressed to find anything that comes close in quality, service and support. They remain my benchmark to which all other manufacturers are compared and I will continue to highly recommend Turbo Spas to everyone.

Jeff and the guys at Turbo Spas are like old High School friends. You immediately feel comfortable walking into their shop in Dublin. Jeff and his Dad have been old school Dublin for years and know what they are doing both in sales and service. We presented our needs and talked about our old dimensions spa that had died out. Jeff was very attentive, very informative and very laid back in his salesmanship. Not the fair specials and the crappy Chinese Costco spas here. All built to spec and with universal replaceable parts. The build quality shows and they did a great install job. We have multiple wood decks to work around and they took out the old and brought in the new. The net is the wifey is so very happy and she is an expert salesman on her Cortez spa, she knows all the controls and spends more time being happy in her spa then being happy elsewhere. My brother in law bought a hot tub from TurboSpa and recommended we do the same. We’ve both been very happy with our purchases — and it’s been almost 10 years for me, more for him. The price/​value was good on a family sized hot tub and Jeff and his team delivered and installed it without a hitch. I occasionally call Jeff for supplies — new cover, new pillows — and he’s helpful with that too. He’s a true expert who offers great advice and service.

My wife & I bought a Sedona spa in Latte with Mocha siding. Its a beautiful piece of equipment.
The purchase was painless, and the spa was a lot less than from the spa stores down the street.
Jeff and a helper brought it in a couple of days, set it up, hooked up the electrical I had dropped in the week prior and filled and did the chemicals. A truly easy experience.
After my first water change, the heater wasn’t working. I called Jeff and the next day he was out and replaced it no charge, no hassle and with no complaints.
This is the 3^th spa I’ve owned, the other 2 were Hot Springs. This one is just as nice as those and a lot less money.
On a business trip to China Lake, I stopped by the manufacturing facility and got a short tour of the operation.

As a first time spa buyer, we initially went to a different store and thought we had a spa chosen. We happen to speak with a neighbor about Turbo Spas and went to check it out. When we got to the store, Jeff greeted us and never tried to ‘sell’ to us. He was so knowledgable and helped us through the process of what we wanted and needed. We were sold. Few weeks later after delivery, he not only helped with finding a electrician, he came again to help us with start up and explaining to how maintain the spa. Any questions or concerns I had was answered right away. AMAZING SERVICE FROM JEFF! And even though I have yet to try it out, my husband and son think the spa is pretty awesome!

We just purchased a spa from Jeff at Turbo Spas and what a great experience. We feel like we got a quality spa at a great price and Jeff’s customer service was top notch. He was particularly helpful when it came time to install the spa. If you’re in the market for a spa, I highly recommend going to see Jeff at Turbo Spas.

I’ve been a client of Jeff for over 10 years. I’ve purchased multiple spas from him. He’s super cool! Very knowledgable. He has A great selection of spas along with custom orders as well. He does service as well. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Stop by if you are interested in a spa… education time! Jeff is a monster sales-​spa education guy. We had planned on buying a spa until I found out it was gonna cost $ 2k to run a 220v outlet all the way around my house! Basically, Turbo Spas can build you any spa you want with high quality components at an unbeatable price (don’t be fooled by the Costco junk). In my next home (I’m gonna buy one with spa placement in mind, so I don’t have to run a long 220v circuit), Turbo is my #1 choice.

I went to Turbo Spas on November 2012 shopping for a hot tub. I had been looking for about 3 months with other spa sales companies. I met Jeff the owner of Turbo Spas & found to be very friendly & explained many things about spas that I was not aware of. He beat the best price that I had come up with by at least $ 500. He delivered the spa to my house the following week & help the electrician with connecting the hot tub. I had a minor problem with the Ipod doc & he ordered a new doc & replaced with in few days. I am very happy with my purchase & I would recommend Turbo Spas to all my family & friends. Thanks Jeff.

I bought my Hot Tub from Jeff Davis at Turbo Spa’s. I have never owned one before and had a lot of questions. Jeff was very patient and informative, helped me select the options I wanted and he then built the perfect hot tub for me.
Jeff delivered and installed the spa on the schedule he promised and took his time showing me how to use it and treat the water. He took extra care getting it to my backyard and did not damage anything.
The house I live in is new construction, I had the builder run a 220 line for the hot tub, all was well the first time I used it and then the next time it kept tripping the GFCI breaker. I called Jeff; he checked out the components of the hot tub and could not find anything wrong. Next he moved to the electrical panel as he suspected the wire run by the builder was not thick enough. Sure enough, that was the problem. I had the correct gauge wire run; Jeff came back on a Saturday afternoon to check everything out and one of the pumps kept tripping the GFCI breaker.
Jeff instantly determined that the problem was with one of the motors, it got hosed due to having not having enough power being run to it originally. Jeff told me he was heading back to his shop to see if he had another motor. Shortly afterwards, Jeff returned with a new motor, keep in mind this is all on a late Saturday afternoon and it was getting dark. I got a drop light, in 15 minutes the new motor was in and we were up and running.
I asked Jeff how much I owe him and he said don’t worry about it; he’ll cover it as part of the warranty. I was dumbfounded; I didn’t expect Jeff to cover this since it was not his fault, but he would not take any money from me. If this does not demonstrate above any beyond customer service, nothing does.
Anyone considering a Hot Tub should go see Jeff; he is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy!!! I am a customer of his for life!!! Thanks Jeff!!!

John helped us get our lovely spa. He nicely took apart our fence to get it in the backyard; without a scratch! Although John is no longer there, I still go to TurboSpas for all my spa needs. They have an amazing selection of spas in their showroom of all shapes and sizes.

Got a great deal on a used tub, best I could find in the bay area… They delivered and set the tub up, very helpful! Got there a little late and killed some plants moving the tub into the backyard but considering everything I’m very happy with the service and product!

I wanted to give a big thanks to John. I was one of those guys that bought a Chinese hot tub on eBay for $ 1200. John replaced all the guts to get it working again. The price was reasonable. After a few months one of the Chinese pumps went out and John got me a replacement. I went to their showroom out in Dublin and saw that their hot tubs are reasonably priced too. I will buy a new one in a year or two and will buy one from them without hesitation. The only reason I didn’t buy one when this one broke down was because of the access to my backyard is a real pain in the ass. When I added the price of the eBay hot tub plus the price of replacing the guts and a pump I would have done better just going with one of theirs. Anyways my tub is working and I am very happy.
