The manager and staff here are super friendly and have their A game on. I love good customer service, even at the fast food level. Bravo.

I hate to give this place a 5-star review, but they’re always friendly, efficient, and delicious. I guess; I get it for the kids sometimes, but haven’t eaten more than a couple of bites. The boys love them though. Like, *junkie* love them. This spot is right across from the kiddie play area and is always busy with families trying to get their wound-up kids fed. Guilty.

Normally, giving a two star review for a business doesn’t bother me. However, doing it to Chick-Fil-A is really unfortunate for me because I know they are so much better than that. It was really busy, of course, but the way they handled the crowd was terrible. They had four cashiers and they said to get into one line. Also, there were two staff members just standing there doing nothing. Plus, in every other Chick-Fil-A I’ve been too, the staff are always friendly and tend to say«my pleasure» a lot. Not here… The food as always was pretty good so I don’t want to give them one star but still, a very bad showing of Chick-Fil-A.

You’re in the mall. You’re hungry. You go to the food court. At which restaurant do you eat? The food court at Dulles Town Center is very large, you have quite a few choices: Sbarro? Sub-par-o. Chiang Mai Thai? It might be your Thai, but it ain’t my Thai. Chopathi? Nope, you’re going down the wrong pathi. Flamers? Sorry, not touching that one. The Great Steak & Potato Co? It ain’t that great. Popeye’s? A chicken joint named after a guy with huge forearms that eats spinach. No thanks. Grill Kabob? I’m not letting them touch my kabobs. Taco Bell? More like Taco Hell! No, you’re going to Chik-fil-A. You know you want that juicy, tender, crispy, flavorful chicken sandwich-o-love. And you’ll savor each bite of the waffle fries, too. All the while snickering at the poor souls who for some reason, that no one really knows, chose to eat at those ‘other’ places.

Food is normally good but very distasteful experience today. I am not normally not one to be difficult but when I show up to your restaurant at 1025 and do not get my order taken till 1031 I do not want to hear sorry we are not serving breakfast. That’s not good customer service and I expect more from a company like that. I will not be back to this location.

I have never been to a bad chick-fil-a. Ever. Even with this location being at the mall, the food was yummy. Truly upholding the reputation held by this establishment! One of my kid’s favorite places to eat!

This one just opened up at Dulles mall. They seem the busiest from all the other restaurants, especially on the weekend, so the food is fresh. I love getting the waffle fries here for my kids because they seem to always be hot and fresh at this location. The chicken sandwiches are good here, too. Stay away from the ‘Cookie Hot Fudge Sundae!’ It’s not like it’s pictured on the online menu. Instead of a big cookie at the bottom, you get crumbled STALE gross bits of an OLD cookie at the bottom of the serving cup. It was so nasty!

Closed on Sunday? Seriously?! Great chicken and milkshakes, but forget my customer loyalty if I show up in the middle of the weekend and find the place closed. Get your heads out of the middle ages.

This chick-fil-a is decent. Service is decent and food is as to be expected. I came here last night with the kids who wanted to play on the playground equipment. Of course it was the coldest day of the year so far and there was no heat in the playground so they kept the door open to bring in heat from the store, but it was still pretty cold. So after my kids finished eating I let them play a couple of minutes, but cut their visit short. Hopefully next time the heat will be fixed!

As good as it gets for fast food. Chick-Fil-A has yet to disappoint at any location I have visited. Todays visit was epecially nice thanks to their server/ambassaor Carroll. As always, our order was hot, correct and delicious. Carroll however MADE the visit. It’s great that Chick-Fil-A has someone roaming the food court stocked with condiments and asking if you need anything else. Capital idea! Having someone so nice and good at it is really unbelievable these days. Thanks for an awesome lunch, yes at the mall food court!

Yes it is fast food, but it is quite good. The #4 with waffle fries and a lemonade is my personal favorite. A juicy, grilled chicken breast on a whole-wheat kaiser roll with bacon and honey mustard bbq sauce makes a satisfying lunch especially if you get a side of chicken strips with polynesian sauce.

Can’t say that a lot of fast food joints are sanitary. but this place is. I take my kid here every so often when he wants to play with the tubes and slides(is that what you call it? LOL). And it’s ALWAYS clean… I mean… ALWAYS, ALWAYS clean! First of all, they don’t allow you to eat in the play area so that right there would knock out getting anything really dirty. Plus you can pretty much keep an eye on your kid from anywhere in the restaurant while you’re eating. The food is always good and the people there are generally pretty nice.

Okay, we all know what is served here. I had a chicken sandwich once, and bit into something chewy. Thought it was gristle, but no, it was a rubber band fried INTO my chicken. Haven’t gone to one of these since, except for the lemonade. Best I’ve ever had. Also, the cookies and cream milkshake is awesome, just be prepared for the whip cream on top.

There is quite honestly nothing tastier than a Chik-fil-A chicken biscuit. I’m going to go ahead and add a disclaimer: I’m from Atlanta, Chik-fil-A paid for my high school’s service projects, and Mr. Cathy and I are tight. I’m biased. Regardless, the chicken biscuit is the stuff that dreams are made of. Super buttery, flaky biscuit with a large helping of that classic Chik-fil-A fried chicken goodness. Yummmm. The only problem I have with it is that they stop selling them at 10:30 and Chik-fil-A’s are closed on Sundays, when I’m most wanting one of these little pieces of heaven.

MMMMMM… Chick-Fil-A. I have a serious obsession with their chicken sandwich, with no pickles. Other items that I love but can only have once in a blue moon so that I don’t explode and gain mucho weight: –coke(THE best fountain soda anywhere) –cheesecake(I LOVE cheescake, and theirs is VERYGOOD, better than most restaurants — available with fruit topping or chocolate) –brownies(mmmmm, brownies) — the only brownie I like that has walnuts in it –french fries — waffle fries good! –honey mustard — their honey mustard is like crack to me! –milkshakes — never had one but my friend Jonathan swears by them! They always provide quick and friendly service with a smile. What more can you ask for from a fast food joint?

Chick-Fil-A is A Number One Chicken Sandwich and Nuggets For those that write that Chick-Fil-A is just another fast food joint are sadly mistaken. This isn’t about greasy fried chicken pieces. This place is about the Chicken Sandwich and nobody does it better than Chick-Fil-A. The number one meal with waffel fries and a Dr. Pepper is pure bliss. Get it with a container of Honey Mustard or BBQ sauce to add some extra zip to the crispy and juicy chicken breast that sits between two soft buns. The nuggets are taste bombs of delight where they’ve taken their tasty chicken breast and have exploded into millions of little taste sensations. These nuggets are far superior to anything at Micky D’s, Burger King or Wendy’s.

As far as fast food goes, this restaurant is a nice change of pace from places like KFC(I’d rather swallow my finger) and Popeye’s. The chicken is not a crispy bread crumb or battered recipe, it ends up being more of a seasoned flour… distinguishing itself from the other two. Sandwiches are fine, but I usually grab the nuggets which unlike most other fast food joints, are made from real chunks of chicken. Most places have this processed glob of fried chicken goo that bears little resemblance to meat, but chick fila’s are just plain old hunks of chicken. The breakfast is a personal favorite, they’ve got better hash browns then almost anywhere, but it ends at 10:00 am sharp… so get there early. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is closed every Sunday and most major holidays.
