WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Save your time and money! They are very rude and your wait time will be 20 – 30 minutes. The only time that place has good customer service is in the morning. From 3– close FOR GET ABOUT IT! They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I came in at 4:30 and the cashier was horrible. Both of them were attending the drive through and not the line in the store. When asked they told me to go to the Dunkin donuts line. When there they told me to go back to the baskin robins line. Annoyed!!!

I just moved to Broadlands and was glad there was a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby. Both times I have gone through the drive thru, they have messed up my order. The first time, they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich and cold, mushy hashbrowns. The second time, they forgot my hashbrowns, resulting in me trying to find parking in their tiny parking lot so I could go in and get them (they charge 99cents for horrible hashbrowns). Needless to say, I’ll stick with donuts and coffee here… and won’t use the drive thru again. This won’t be my first place of choice for breakfast food.

Inconsistent service. Mornings are definitely better for the best donuts and coffee. People are usually «on their toes» and work efficiently. Sometimes drive-​thru is slow and you have to speak slowly so they don’t screw your order up. Donuts are overpriced unless you have a coupon. Breakfast food is typically fast food style and nothing to be thrilled about. Like it for location and a quick coffee fix.

I love how close this is to my house, but 9 out of 10 times I have to go through the drive thru (little kids with me) and they screw up my simple coffee order 90% of the time. Medium iced coffee with 1 sugar and whole milk. The last one I got was almost white in color because they added a ton of half n half and it had vanilla syrup in it. I didn’t realize it till about a mile down the road. I about gagged. I thought it was maybe someone else’s order, but there was no one behind me in line? It really annoys me how they can never get it right. I’ve given up and quit going.

Horrible service like everyone has said, waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Guy at the window was rude and slow. Coffee was poorly made. Service is ALWAYS bad here! Management needs to do something!

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts in the universe. Seriously. They NEVER have donuts! This morning they had exactly 3 types of dounts. 7 – 11 probably has a better variety. Every time I try to go to this location they are completely out of donuts. It’s ridiculous. I have no idea how they stay in business.
I also recently tried to purchase a birthday cake. The workers were incredibly rude. They said I couldn’t order a cake (even though it clearly said you could). Then told me they couldn’t write «Happy Birthday» on a pre-​made cake. Seriously?!?
The owners of this place need to get their act together. They are giving Dunkin Donuts a bad name. Thankfully Duck Donuts recently opened… it will be worth the drive!

This place shouldn’t have Dunkin Donuts name on it. I came to this place and every time they don’t have what I’m looking for and by the way I didn’t ask for something special, one time I ordered Angus Steak and the supervisor said we’re out and after few minutes she served it to another person came after 15:00 mins when I was eating there!!. And today I asked for a sesame bagel and also they said we don’t have. So either it. this place is so cheap or not organized. Don’t waist your time find a different one

The cashier I encountered was a jerk — I ordered a latte and asked if they had any of the brownie batter or cookie dough doughnuts. His answer «whatever is behind me is what we have» thank you capitan obvious! I lost a contact that morning and couldn’t read those itty bitty signs. Advice to the manager — don’t hire grungy looking teenagers with huge ear guages to handle food, especially ones with a piss poor attitudes. The Asian guy was nice, he is the only reason I didn’t ask for a refund and leave.

I love dunkin donuts and their overall brand but this location is terrible. I can’t think of a time when I was able to just order without error or issue. Their staff sucks and are painfully slow. They need to. Do better hiring and get some experienced management.

Why do the lattes taste different every time I’m here? Had a coupon for free beverage but only got 50% off. The cashier said it was a system error they are experiencing but didn’t offer any other compensation. I explained all the guidelines were met and he shrugged.
Typically food isn’t always the freshest but I’m not here at 5 AM to see if it’ll actually be fresh when they open. BR is typically out of favorite flavors and generally only have 4 of the same types (vanilla, chocolate, flavor of the month, and cotton candy), nothing else really.
Lines move fast enough, if they know what item you’re ordering. This is hit and miss tho. Also had a hit or miss on customer service. They are either really nice or roll their eyes at you.

They always run out of donuts and bagels by 11 AM. Also, the man at the register answered his cell phone in the middle of taking my order, which consequently resulted in the few remaining donuts I wanted getting taken by other customers. Also, when I walked in, the same man had been yelling at an employee in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.

Donuts are usually fresh and good, but unfortunately they tend to run out early in the day. We’ve been there several times and often don’t find what we want other than early morning.

The worst DD in the area! I have been there three times and every time they get the order wrong… They are unfriendly. Go somewhere else !

This dunkin donuts has gotten my order wrong all 4 times i’ve been here. I always use the drive thru and i always leave w a coffee flavor i didnt want, or the wrong kind of sandwich. As a dunkin devotee, its frustrating to have my local store have such miserable service. But i guess i just have to use the one by my office downtown instead.

Donuts and Ice Cream all under the same roof! This location is a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts under the same roof. Okay a little dangerous. There is even a drive through which is a bonus. From what I understand the coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts is supposed to be out of this world. However, I don’t drink coffee so I can’t vouch for it. What I can vouch for is the amazing ice cream of Baskin Robbins. I personally love their mint chip. Then right there in there in the same building are delicious donuts… give the blueberry cake ones a shot! They are my favorite. If you want coffee to go they even sell their coffee in the little K cups to brew at home!

DD is A-​OK. Love the coffee. Love the donuts. My kids would eat here every day if we would let them. Guarantee we’ll be back.

Being from New England, I’m generally partial to DD coffee. However, every time I order from this location there’s something wrong. I swear the hot coffee was burned a couple of times and generally when I order an iced coffee with sugar, DD adds the liquid sugar. At this location I always end up with granulated sugar at the bottom of my cup though :-(
The other issue I come across frequently is the lack of fresh donuts. That being said, I don’t think this location has ovens like the others in the area– which means they get deliveries throughout the day for fresh donuts. Because of that, I steer away from glazed varieties that tend to get hard faster than others. Other than that, it’s a great location and generally speaking they have a good variety of donuts and bagels. However, if you have time just drive a little further into Ashburn or over to the Leesburg location that always has warm fresh donuts.
I’ve never ordered from the Baskin Robbins side of the store, so I can’t comment on the ice cream.

This Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins is clean, but they rarely ever have Mint Chocolate Chip… How does a Baskin Robbins not have Mint Chocolate Chip???
You always have to repeat your order and then double check your order here. Not the best Dunkin’ Donuts/​Baskin Robbins, but the food is always the same as any other location.

Its a Dunkin Donuts, so set your expectations accordingly, but either its under new management or got an overhaul because it is much better in quality and service. Now I’m not a huge fan of DD donuts, so to me most of their products are «meh.» I do like their coffee and its not far out of my way as I commute to and from work, so I do stop in from time to time. From what I have seen since last Fall, they have gotten a better handle on inventory so I notice that there shelves aren’t barren by mid-​day as they used to be. Customer service and product consistency appears to have improved a great deal and the place seems to be run more efficient now than it had been. It has managed to elevate its status from a crappy DD to now average-​slightly above average DD. All in all, if you like Dunkin Donuts, then this is a perfectly serviceable to get your fix if your in the Ashburn area.
