This is ridiculous! No one speaks English, so no one seems to understand me. There’s a two year old running around the back kitchen and front checkout with a bottle in her mouth! $ 2.48 for a 25 oz bottle of water. I just don’t get it. No one is communicating with customers, they’re talking to the baby in another language. Someone from the back had to come out and take my croissant order bc my request literally went in one ear and out the other of the first person!

panini tasted like plastic. it was premade and warmed up. tasted like it had been out for hours. couldn’t get through half of it. coffee was bad and burnt. I’d rather buy food from a vending machine.

Dreadful. As desperate as I was for coffee, I took one look at this joint and decided to suffer from a caffeine withdrawal headache. The food items consist of a glass coffin of stale muffins. The woman behind the register didn’t even look up from whatever she was doing to say hello. I didn’t dare inconvenience her by ordering a cappuccino! Perhaps it would have been drinkable, but I’m not that optimistic.

This is a reasonably good place to get a snack if you’re waiting for your luggage on carousels 1 – 6 at IAD. What am I talking about??? OFCOURSE, you’re waiting for your luggage! It’s Dulles! What would Dulles be without inefficient luggage service? But I digress. While you’re waiting for your bags, get snack here. The apple fritters are particularly good, though not exactly good for you.

I realize this is an airport… but I do expect decent food, especially considering the price. I purchased a egg, cheese & Canadian bacon panini for $ 6.25! The bread was dry, the«bacon» a slice of deli ham and the egg a «slab of egg» product! The yogurt with granola was also poor as the granola was already in the yogurt and soggy, couldn’t eat it. The service was poor and there were flies in the dining area. I would wait to eat elsewhere!

Awful. The egg and cheese panini was reconstituted egg, velveeta, and an English muffin. Even airport food should be better than this.

I guess the workers here have serious job security because I’ve never seen a staff so laid back and willing to let customers wait while they chatted away. I ordered a breakfast panini, a croissant and a coffee. They charged me $ 9.00 which wasn’t outrageous, except that the receipt showed 7.56, and the croissant wasn’t on the bill. So what to they do — split the overages at the end of the day or something? It’s too bad nothing is located on the hotel shuttle pickup end. Never coming back here though.

I mean, for what it is, that panini was delicious. The price could have been a dollar or so lower and it obviously wasn’t knocking my socks off in creativity and ingenuity, but it was definitely somewhere I wouldn’t mind dropping money at in an airport.

They blend ice, strawberry syrup and OJ and sell it as a strawberry smoothie. Come on! Any freezer space to keep frozen strawberries?
