I love this location staff is amazing and so fast the lines always out the door but they get you in and out in less than 17 minutes!
This restaurant is extremely clean
In a quick stop and grab place or if you want to sit down it’s comfortable

HORRIBLE! I ordered a chicken burrito bowl to go and once I was on the road I started to eat it. First bite, there’s a burnt piece of chicken. So I thought maybe it’s just this piece… But, as I continue ALL the chicken is burnt on the outside. There are some completely charred pieces. What kind of chipotle burns their meat?!

I’ve been to this Chipotle a couple times but don’t plan on going again. As far as I know there hasn’t been an E. coli outbreak at this location, but why take a chance.

The worst one on earth. I’m searching for my rice. Can hardly find a bean. Yet you give me enough cheese to make a large pizza. I’ll stick to the new location in my neck of the woods. The lines don’t bother me at all. It’s the inconsistent service. One day it will be more rice than you can bear, then the next, you’re asking for a little more. Not cool.

Parking: Free parking in their parking lot.
Service: Almost always have good service. It does get very busy at times which means you stand in a long line for 30 minutes, not fun. Download the app which lets you place an order and skip the line.
Food: I love Chipotle. It’s one of the healthiest options for eating out, and you get a lot of great tasting food for about $ 6 – 7 which is a bargain.

I’ve been to this location three times so far, and I intend to go back. I have never had a bad experience with this place — even if I have had to wait on a line that wraps all the way to the back of the restaurant. I have been at the counter and paying within 10 minutes every time. I can definitely see myself placing an online order in a rush, though.
All in all, the staff are pleasant, move quickly, prepare the food the way you like without question, and never seem to have attitudes or hangups. The restaurant is clean and I have never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. Most of all, their food is delicious and filling. What more can you ask for?

Small portions in comparison to other chipotles I’ve been too.

Professional staff, clean tables, fully stocked sauces, and a bit of Chipotle rarity: booth seating on a full wall! These guys do a solid job and make this Chipotle stand above the rest!

This is by far the worst Chipole I have ever been. This has nothing to do with this location having long lines all the time. The employees here are the most inefficient employees ever.
I went here for lunch one day (I stopped coming here a year ago because they always had long lines. This time I saw that there was no line in this location so i decided to give it another shot… Bad choice. In general I recommend the Lawrenceville location). There was nobody before me. But when I came up to the counter, this Chipotle lady decided to do some online orders first. That’s fine, I have no problem with that. So she brought out a sheet with 8 – 10 online orders on it and she wanted to do all of these AT ONCE before she served me. Well normally when there are a lot of online orders, somebody else would come over to serve customers while the online orders being fulfilled by another employee. But no, not this location. I stood there watching this lady finishing 4 bowls (and that was when I almost snapped) while the other 3 employees were standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Just hanging out and chatting. Nobody cared that a line started to build up super fast behind me.
Now back to this lady who was actually working. This was her style:
1. It took her 5 – 8 seconds to shake the soup off the black beans;
2. She looked at the sheet 4 – 5 times/​per order;
3. It took her 5 – 10 seconds every time she looked at the sheet (and it was not like she remembered the order by staring at the sheet for 5 – 10 seconds. SHE ONLY ADDED ONE THING EACH TIME SHE READ THE SHEET);
You wonder how I figured these out? Well I gotta find something to do while i was standing there so I wouldn’t go crazy.
She did 4 online orders (and another 4 – 6 to go) while i stood there watching her, and it took her 10 minutes to do these 4 orders (and this is without adding any toppings). So after the 4^th order, I finally told her «please help me first because it has been a while». And she slowly looked up at me and told me she still had some online orders to do. I managed to calm myself down and squeeze out a smile on my face and said «please, i insist». So I got served by another employee, and so did other 10 people behind me.
In general I do not recommend this location unless you really really do not have a choice. I will not come back again. EVER.

Chipotle is great, we all know this. But for chipotle to be amazing, or to be the best, they really need to start serving queso. QUESO QUESO QUESO CHEESE DIP!

Despite the fact that this place is always crowded, i think the staffs here are trying their BEST to keep things moving as quick as possible. And if you think they are slow then I’m sure as hell you haven’t been to the Snellville location yet. Good food, generous portion, and amazing staffs.

Chipotle is essentially like an Arby’s, one of many chains. Question is, when you’re in a hurry and want a chain type place to eat, where? This past week I chose Chipotle because of the guacamole: D I admit, their guacamole isn’t the best, but it was certainly enough for what I craved. I tried the half chicken, half steak and I got to admit I’ll just stick to the chicken next time. The steak was so overdone and terribly chewy that I was starting to get TMJ.
Besides that, I’ll probably come back again once I have another craving for their bowl ;)

I just love chipotle! I’ve yet to have a bad experience. Besides my burrito not being wrapped correctly. The reps at this store were warm & welcoming. I love the fact that we pick & choose what we want. And we can actually see the food we’re being served. The brown option is way cool! I didn’t know they served brown rice until the last time I came by. Great experience! I will be back!

First of all, I LOVE Chipotle, but was a bit disappointed when bit down and found something a bit tough to try and chew. It was the end of a bone! C’mon now… what the what!

This chipotle is ALWAYS crowded. There’s never less than a 30 min wait.
The staff seem to be moving and doing their best to get the line moving but it’s just always really crowded.

Giving this location 3 stars because the food is awesome (it is Chipotle, of course) however the service here is so… eh.
I always place my order ahead of time but if I have to stand by for 20+ minutes just to get my order then why even bother? I see people that join the line after I’ve been waiting get served before me.
Busy location with great potential, but I reeeeally need them to step their game up.

Today makes the 3^rd time I’ve visited this location & have had lukewarm food with raw vegetables. I got a chicken bowl with lettuce, pinto beans, fajita veggies (which are completely undercooked), brown rice, guacamole, pico & green salsa. This is a lighter portion of what I would normally get, as I have a busy day ahead & a lot of running around to do, didn’t need anything to weigh me down. The chicken’s temperature is not as hot as it should be, and the crunchy fajita veggies kinda ruined it for me. Still love Chipotle, just won’t be returning to this particular location.

Usually wouldn’t write a review for Chipotle, but this one has exceptionally good service and quantity. Came here at 5pm today, was super busy, but got through the line quickly. Staff is generous with quantity. Great seating inside and outside. Five stars.

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s always busy, no matter the time (that means it’s good). The food is amazing! I came in tonight with a friend and we both had the burrito bowl with adobo-​marinated grilled chicken, rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-​corn salsa, tomatillo-​green chili salsa, chopped lettuce, and of course with guacamole (extra charge) and sour cream. It tastes better than a burrito! :-)

In general, I am a fan of Chipotle. This is the location is where I first tasted their food back around 2005 – 6 so thought I’d review this one. Now that they are über popular, the lines are dang near out the door. You can order online via their website, but the expected pick up time is usually 45 minutes so plan ahead. That long line experience I have had at multiple locations.
This location usually has a quality rating in the mid to high 80’s up to the low 90’s. That line though. Smh. On several occasions I have gotten off at this exit just for this establishment, saw the line inside and kept driving. They need more locations in Gwinnett, better yet throughout Atlanta. Your food is in high demand, meet the need.
I wonder how many times people have been deterred by those lines and chosen somewhere else to eat. I tried it. I just drove home and made something to eat. If your craving Chipotle, nothing else fast food wise will do. It’s garbage compared to this place. This is about as bad as I will eat when dining out on fast food. The guac is good too. I don’t like paying $ 2 for it but get it anyway.
Try counting the calories on the website. It gives you a breakdown of what each item will add to your meal by the calories, protein, carbs, etc. If you get a salad, no rice, no cheese, no sour cream and no guacamole with chicken, it is roughly 650 calories. If you add all of those items your pushing 1000. Seriously! The taste is better with all of those things but it looks better in the pan than on you. Ladies, try Kanye’s Work Out Plan. It gets results. I would give this 3.5 but 4 will do.
