The place is pretty outdated, even though they claimed it was renovated. Room could use a microwave; bathroom didn’t have a fan, and the bathtub was extremely slippery… so for the love of all things holy, please add a mat to it. The wifi reception is pretty bad, and so is the tv. Breakfast is not complementary.

DONOTSTAYHERE!!! Try the Hyatt across the street… I’m also a rewards member with Hyatt, and should of paid attention to the red flags… Staying at the airport locations I’ve always come to request for inner courtyard, because you can hear loud noises outside!!! The mattress are not Courtyard quality, the police &EMT sirens are none stop, trash is in the parking lot, and ½ of the hotel is shut-down… Something is horribly wrong with this location! It must be in a high crime area. It falls below standard for a Marriott property. I would not recommend, nor would I stay at this location again…

Many negatives here that will prevent me from returning. Uncomfortable beds, awful breakfast straight from a freezer bag, and fitness center that lacks options. I booked on and paid an extra 20 for free breakfast but that was a mistake. Save your extra 20 and decide if you want to eat here or not. The breakfast here is cheap and just awful. Only positive is the cleanliness of the rooms.

Haven’t stayed here in the last 5 years because the hotel desperately needed a renovation. Well they got one, the rooms, fitness center and lobby have been redone… and it’s all very nice. My biggest gripe with this hotel was the internet speed, I’d say it’s improved, but not by much. The staff is both friendly as well as helpful. You have your choice of USA Today or the Wall Street Journal each day. Plenty of free coffee and it’s close to a dozen decent places to eat. Yes, I’ll be back.

This hotel was definitely one of the worst I stayed at. Part of it might be the construction going on, but that wasn’t all of it. There was a definite smell to the place, the bathtub was a little dull, «complimentary» breakfast was overseen by a cashier who would argue about how much you had to pay. The person at the front desk seemed nice, but were also quite hurried, so I didn’t feel like they gave me their full time and attention. Oh well, lesson learned: I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel was nice, clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. I found my room very comfortable. BUT that breakfast – that you have to pay for was the most awful food! I don’t know what that yellow stuff was but it WASNOT scrambled eggs! The bagels were so stale that was I was trying to place one into the toaster, it fell apart. Had I known how lacking-flavor this stuff they tried to pass off as food was, I wouldn’t have eaten it if they WERE giving it away. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels that offer a delicious FREE breakfast. Great stay but eat your breakfast out, whitch isn’t always convenient.

The hotel itself is nice. Nice grounds, believe there’s a pool but it’s closed for the winter from what I can see, rooms are spacious. What I absolutely hated about the room was the bathroom sink set up. The sink is outside the shower & toilet. I’m sharing a room with a friend and there’s no privacy to use the sink which is annoying as hell. The beds are comfy, there’s a fridge which was nice also. So we’re in town for my friends graduation. I’m rooming with my best friend & her 5yr old. How about the night before her ceremony when we ALL need a good nights sleep there is some party going on RIGHT below our room. The music is pumping SO loud we can’t even sleep. W. T. F on a popsicle!!! I get that hotels have rooms to rent for parties & what not but right below folks room? The music is getting louder and louder. Come on now. Sigh.

For those who stay at Courtyards a lot, this is your basic old built around a courtyard model of hotel. The inner rooms look at the courtyard. The outer rooms look at the parking lot. The lobby has been upgraded to the new Courtyard criteria and the rooms have been refreshed, which includes a great work space and large flat screen TV. Location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very Good customer service. Rooms were very clean. Only thing that bothered me was the AC was on all night. Couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Was to tired to keep looking at 1230am.

Checked in saturday and left Sunday. Perfect place to stay after a long fun night at wild bills. Paid 94 bucks for a small but comfy king sized bed room with a 32 in flat screen tv and all you can eat hot breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. They have a shuttle that will pick u up from WB so you don’t have to walk. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town for another show!

Standard Courtyard service, which means it was pretty good. Standard room. The plus was that the room was very clean and did not show any signs of oldness or age. So that always makes me feel a bit more comfortable. I like that it was close to the mall, the highway and there was a backroad to the Gwinett Arena which helped avoid traffic and the commute time. I would definitely recommend for a business trip!

Didn’t rent a car based on the fact that they said there would be a shuttle during the day, everyday… Well they lied and now I’m stuck in the hotel with no food, nothing to do, and they just responded«sorry, no one was scheduled» … Will never stay here again!

Typical Courtyard service, which is to say«Good». It appears to me that this hotel was purchased into the Marriott chain, as opposed to built for them. only 3 floors? Unusual. Room was standard Courtyard. Parking was plentiful and the service was very good during my short 2 day stay. Reasonably priced and close to many restaurants and shopping.

A very convenient location for businesses in the Duluth area along w/those going for shopping at the Gwinnett Mall. Like most Courtyards, the hospitality here is great however the layout is a bit less to be desired. Shaped like a big box wight the center cut out from it, you could wind up relatively far from the main lobby which could be an inconvenience if you require munchies or want to hit the restaurant up for breakfast. The hotel does have lots of restaurants and shopping locations nearby. Quite a few bars and even a D&B’s are just minutes away. If you are looking for food at the hotel it only serves breakfast and has a limited selection of patrons that can deliver. The exercise room is small but good enough to work out in if you need to. If you require something more substantial, there is a Bally’s Fitness nearby too. Also it’s about 40 minutes away from the airport, so if you got to get there during rush hour times, you might want to give yourself an additional 30 minutes.
