I purchased an expensive wall mirror for my office from this company in September. When I went to open this box and lift out my mirror, I realized the mirror was shattered. I contacted the company several times via email and phone calls (probably over 8 emails and 10 phone calls), which all fell on deaf ears. I took pictures of the broken mirror as I attempted to lift it out of its packaging. In short, This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY HERE. If you have a problem with your order, they DO NOT CARE and will avoid you, ignore you, and NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU. It is quite unfortunate. I spent a lot of money here and have nothing to show for it. Disappointed. Solution for future purchases: Research business, Ensure company has integrity, and Buy from trusted local businesses only!
