Beware took me 3 trips to get the correct interface for car stereo and got the information from the manufacturer not these guys charged me 200 for it but on Amazon it is only 80 would not refund difference in price bottom line they had no clue what interface I needed and overcharged for the they sold me which I called manufacturer and got information on they have more bad reviews than good. stay away

I went here today on the recommendation of my brother who had work done on his own car here previously. After driving an hour from my house, I arrived here only to wait 10 min before the sales guy at the desk acknowledged my presence. I was open to spending $ 500 – 600 on a new headunit for my car that had an iPod jack since my factory radio did not come with one. I personally felt the guy trying to sell me a radio had absolutely no knowledge of what he was talking about and every time I asked if a product had a feature I was looking for he told me it «probably» did. I don’t know about you but if I’m spending that kind of money, «probably» isn’t good enough for me. After further pushing him to find out the correct information, he informed me the products I was inquiring about actually didn’t have the features I was looking for (including an iPod interface he told me would play my iPod but not charge it at all and would actually drain the battery while playing it). After an hour of this same problem discussing multiple products, I took my money and left. I found another car audio place in Marietta (thanks Unilocal!!!) who made me feel really comfortable and installed the SAME iPod interface I had inquired about at Digital Car audio… turns out it DOES charge my iPod and even shows the song/​artist playing. There are better places out there. Keep searching.

BEWARE! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I brought my car to the Roswell location (there are three locations with the same owner) and had a horrible experience.
On Saturday, they took my $ 45 to inspect the CD player and I was told it would be fixed and ready by Monday. Not once did they call me to keep me posted. I called on Monday and was told it would not be ready because it was being fixed at the Duluth location. Next day– I called– was told it was fixed and in transit back to Roswell. Wednesday– I called– they asked me which CD was left in my player because they had two similar players and didn’t know which was mine. Wow. At least it was ready, I thought!
Went to pick up up– NOT FIXED. Was told by Omar, one of the rudest people I have spoken with, that I didn’t want it fixed! That’s right, after four days of calling to check on my CD player’s status, he claimed I didn’t want it fixed. Very rude about it, told me I was wrong.
After my initial shock, I simply asked my my $ 45 back and I would take it somewhere else, or some compensation for my troubles, Omar told me that «No, that’s not his policy.»
On top of it all, they took an hour to put my still broken CD player back in my car, which I was initially told «would take 20 minutes.»
I am shocked that a business would act in such a strange and rude way. Not professional and definitely not a dependable place to take your car.

This place is the best. It is very hard to find a good after market car electronics shop. I had a bad experience at Cartunes in the past so I tried out Digital Car Audio in Duluth.
This place is really very good. The customer service is very very good. They really are very nice people and go out of their way to do the best for their customers. Their is an open window in the waiting room so you can see them working on your car. They are meticulous and really get the details right. In addition they give discounts for loyal return customers.
If you look after your car, and only want good people who will treat it with same car you do, then this is the place for your custom electronics needs. They do radar detectors, alarms, car audio, remote ignitions, Xenon light upgrades — pretty much everything.
