Stood at the counter at 2:37 pm for over 5 minutes and not even a Hello. Nobody else in line. Just myself and my son. 6 employees behind the counter. We left and I called back and asked for the manager. I was told the reason why we had to wait is because they were out of rice. Really? Not even a greeting and a «Sorry for the Delay?» Now I see why this Moe’s is getting horrible reviews.

I’m not one to complain but for someone who loves Moe’s this one is not the one to go to. I got singled out by a worker about eating too much salsa. I am in the restaurant business & never in my life would I make someone feel like the lady did here. The customer service was inexcusable, I will never go to this location again.

This Moe’s does indeed skimp on ingredients compared to other Moe’s. They also do not wash the tables. The food tastes good but you will need to go across the street to Yogli Mogli afterwards to get some dessert to fill you up.

Horrible place. I have been to many Moe’s all over. First time here. Will NEVER eat here. Waited 5 minutes, no service and nobody cared. Only one other customer in there. The steam table looked dirty, the staff was lazy. I left and headed to Chipotle.

Came by for lunch one day, and boy. they were busy! I feel like because they were busy, I got jipped on the amount of food I got. I’m use to Moe’s always loading me up, but I guess it was more of «get people in and out» rather than giving people quantity with quality. The layout of the restaurant wasn’t very ideal either, and could of made it more space friendly. Got the 2 Joey’s with a drink, and chips. I couldn’t find the hot sauce, though and because they were so busy, it seemed inconvenient to ask for it up at the front, so I just didn’t bother =/ They have all the salsas here, so you don’t have to worry about them not having what you like. This place also has a drive through, but during lunch hour, I don’t see how more convenient that could be than just standing in line, without wasting gas, since they seem to take our orders first.

Evey time I have eaten here the servers put about 60% of the ingredients in their food items that other Moe’s I have been to do, making their food way over priced for the portion size they serve you. The worst thing you could do is go through the drive through and that $ 8.00 steak burrito will end up being the size of two taco bell tacos. Save your cash and eat at a authentic Mexican restaurant.

This Moe’s is located at the intersection of Sugarloaf Parkway and Meadow Church Road, near TPC Sugarloaf. One of the cool things about this Moe’s is that it has a drive-thru. Inside, the space is long and somewhat narrow. The walls are decorated with giant artwork depicting impersonations of famous celebrities like Michael Jackson. I visited on a weekday for lunch and the restaurant was moderately busy. There was plenty of staff on hand to handle the demand. I normally order one of Moe’s famous burritos, but on this day, I decided to get a quesadilla. Specifically, the«John Coctostan.» The John Coctostan is a reference to the 1985 Chevy Chase movie«Fletch.» The Coctostan is a basic quesadilla with meat(choice of steak, chicken, pork, ground beef, or tofu), shredded cheese, and beans inside a warm tortilla. The tortilla is made of flour by default, but you can request a whole grain tortilla. As with most of Moe’s offerings, the quesadilla is customized however you’d like. I put a little bit of cilantro and onions in mine. The Coctostan comes with a small container of pico de gallo(fresh salsa) and sour cream. While not as enormous as the burritos, the quesadilla was still pretty filling, especially with the free tortilla chips that were loaded on top. I like Moe’s self-serve salsa bar, which has five different salsas to choose from. I tried them all and liked the green and chunky red salsas the best. One of the employees here was nice enough to give me a sampling of some of their hot sauce. It was OK. I preferred the salsas. Service was timely and efficient.
