Pizza Hut

Slow on delivery, even its only 2 miles away from my house. And when calling in to check on orders the attitude (well, some lady, not everyone) is terrible like I own her sth

Sorry for the lengthy report but I wanted to be very precise so there is no room for dispute:
Ordered a pizza online this past Monday at 5:42 pm (a typical slack period). Confirmation email estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. I called after waiting 1hr15min. Employee told me «it should be there any second.» I called again about 15 minutes later and asked for the manager. I got cut off three times before actually talking to him. He was in the weeds. He didn’t know where the order was. He asked to put me on hold and after several minutes I get cut off again. I immediately call back at the 1hr40min mark. The manager says he sees my order in the system but not in the delivery queue. He offers to discount the pizza. I counter, saying that if the pizza is close by, I would tip the delivery person in exchange for a free pizza and my future business. Manager says he doesn’t know where delivery person is or if he has my pizza. He offers to make and deliver a new pizza. I told him I can’t wait another estimated 40+ minutes (2hr20min or more total!). I told him to cancel my order. I went for carry out at a local competitor. Meanwhile, my wife calls at the 1:55 mark saying that our pizza just arrived. I got put on the phone with him and said that I already cancelled it with his manager and made other plans. I know how hard the restaurant business is but this shop has problems.

I’ve ordered from this location several times. Every single time my call is answered professionally, friendly and I am addressed by my first name. My order is always delivered fresh and hot within the time they say it would be delivered.
Tonight I mistakenly called the 4601 satellite location, OMG !!! The woman answering the phone was smacking on gum or maybe eating a slice of pizza, who knows! she was rude over the phone almost as if I was bothering her then I get the «what your address be? Wth?! I gave it to her and OMG she YELLS across to some man I could hear in the background probably making the pizza, HEY DO WE DELIVER TO (my address) all while my eardrum was BLOWN! then comes back on the phone and says «yous gonna have to call some odda sto ««click» yup just hung up on me ! THANK GOD it’s not in their delivery zone! So I very quickly called my regular store and ALLIE answered THANK YOU ALLIE for being so sweet and professional over the phone and yes I got home just as the delivery man did too ! Couldn’t be any more perfect ! He was also very nice ! Never ever again ordering from any other location ! Now time for some AWESOME thin crust super supreme with jalapeños and drizzled with honey sirachi sauce !!! The best!!!

Highly disappointed. I placed an order online and after it was delivered I realized one of the pizzas I order was incorrect. I called the store and advised of the issue, I was told the pizza would be re made correctly but i was required to pay another convenice fee of $ 2.95. Im not pleased at all that I had pay an additional fee for someone else messing up my order. I will not be ordering from this place again and I will be contacting their corporate office.
