The cleaning staff is great and friendly the only problem iOS the dirty disgusting managers They are horrible Please go in and tel other to find a new job where they aren’t total a words They mistreat employees and should have they’re jobs take away

Stayed at this motel a few nights. The staff is horrible they have a bad attitude and don’t seem to care. Be prepared to pay a 100.00 deposit when you pay cash and they also charge 15% on your CC. You pay how much the room is plus 15%. Takes 3 – 7 days to get that 15% back but still crazy that they do that. ALWAYS out of clean king size sheets. I stayed there for a week and I went to the office everyday to try and get sheets and they didn’t have any. How is it they have no sheets ?? They have an on site laundry but it’s super expensive 1.25 to wash and 1.50 to dry and most of the time the dryer either eats your money or won’t dry your clothes and good luck getting your money back they act like your trying to steal from them when they stole your money I would advise people to stay somewhere else !!!

I generally stay at a Motel 6 or Studio 6 when traveling for business. I have stayed at probably 30 – 40 of them around the country. I know they are not Wyndam or Hyatts, but they are usually OK. This one has to be the dirtiest hotel I have been in. The sheets and linens were clean, so I stayed. But the chair was so dirty I covered it with the bead spread to sit on it. The plates ad cups provided were actually stuck together in the cabinet. The outside of the door has dirty hand and finger prints all over it, the side walks out side the rooms and the stairs are covered with what looks like old gum, and you can actually see the trails of foot prints tracked onto the concrete from the parking lot. The whole exterior needs a good power washing. Again, I don’t need much, just a clean space to sleep, but I will not make the mistake of sleeping here again. I was able to clean the inside of my room enough to make it ok to stay in, but it is obvious the management of this hotel just doesn’t care.

We travel from Roanoke VA each October for a conference and typically stay in this hotel. Last year we noticed that it was becoming worn down and things weren’t quite right, but decided to give it another shot this year. BADIDEA. When we arrived — after midnight(having called ahead and let them know of our late arrival) — we were getting ready to enter our PAIDFOR room when a young man, obviously high, walked OUTOF the room that we had keys to. Front desk said there were no other doubles(there were 4 of us), but he could put us in ONE of the empty singles until a double opened the next day. We asked for 2 singles — with one comp’d because of THEIR obvious security issue. He called management, who wanted us to know that she had cleaned the room herself(SO??), and why wouldn’t we stay in it if it was still clean? She refused to comp us a room, refused to fax the bank to expedite my money being returned so that I could find another hotel, refused to call around and find us another room. She didn’t want to have to get out of bed and handle a problem with HER property. Front desk informed us that this was not the first time that they had an issue with someone being in the room who had no rightful access. We had to find another hotel, miles away from where we needed to be, at double the price.(Good thing my friends still had $ in their accounts since mine was frozen until 3 days later due to her trifling laziness) Do NOT make the mistake of making a reservation at this hell hole.

I stayed here to save some money. Unfortunately it ended up costing me more, because in the rush to my cab in the morning, I left my coat behind. When I call to let them know, they promise to check with the cleaning staff. It took days for me to finally get word that they couldn’t find it. Since I knew exactly where I had left it,(draped over a chair) I found that strange. I ask what their policy is on items forgotten in a room, and I am informed that they are considered«abandoned property», and therefore not their responsibility, giving anyone who finds it a carte blanche to walk away with it. That’s not the customer service I am used to, and needless to say I won’t be staying at any Studio 6/Motel 6 ever again.
