I love this store… it’s the only one I will go to now. Andrew Vargas and Clifton Prewitt are SO helpful. Every time I’ve been in there I’ve gotten extremely courteous and attentive service. They even have helped me figure out how to navigate my new Android based phone when I had only been used to iPhone previously. They are not trying to rip you off, they just want to help you get the best product for the best price. Fantastic customer service! Thank you both!

Went in to get a SIM card for my new iPad. After calling to ask for one they said they would be happy to give me one and to come by. The only reason I even needed a new SIM card is because Verizon chose to block the new «Universal» card that the iPad came with. They turned what should have been a two minute process into an hour long ordeal and then at the end insisted on charging me for the SIM card which they set supposed to «give» me.

Andrew Vargas went above and beyond to help us with our phone upgrades. We faced several challenges throughout the process, none Andrew’s fault but he worked tireless with us to make it happen. Andrew came in early and stayed late to be available for us. I would recommend this store and Andrew specifically to anyone. Andrew would make a great manager.

These guys are the best! I went there to trade in my iPhone 5 for a 6 plus. They were super helpful and gave me a great deal for my phone. This store is one of the few non-corporate Verizon stores around and it really pays to do business with them.

We came in to look at getting new phones and switch from the iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy and Andrew was very informative about the product and made sure that we were getting the best deal. the manager, Bill, was also super helpful and took the time to show us cool features on our new devices. Not only did they totally hook us with great phones, but made sure we had the latest accessories to go with them. It was a great customer service experience and this will be my go to Verizon store. The staff was great and we love our phones!
