Domino’s Pizza

I always order online. Pizzas are ready on time and hot. Once ordered 10 pizzas for a youth event. Not only were they ready but my order was correct and perfectly cooked. Have never had issues at this location either. I have ordered at both this and the polk location and they are A ok with me.

This dominoes is most def not the best. Every time I place an order for delivery, whoever answers the phone always seems bothered. «delivery time is 2 hours right now» or «we’re not delivering right now». They seriously need some customer service schooling. I don’t care how busy or frustrated you are, if you’re at your place of business, no matter what type of business, you need to remain professional at all times. Dominoes needs to stop hiring immature kids and hire some people with some people skills.

Never had. A problem with my order. Friendly service and my food is always fresh. Love their hot wings… it’s my favorite.

My question to the lady on the phone.
«I’m trying to order the special on-​line but it say’s you don’t deliver, is that true?»
The reply was yes we do deliver…
«It’s not allowing me to order on-​line can you honor the price in the store?»
The reply «You can order what you want» ***In a very rude manor***
«May I speak to the manager to see if I can get the same special?»
Please hold (I hold for 9 mins, then hang up and call back)
A different young lady answers and clearly couldn’t multitask. She asked me to repeat my address 9 times and then couldn’t spell it right asking me to slowly spell Lake.
I then no longer wanted put in an order but just a complaint with the manager. I asked was there a manger on duty?
«Yea» she replies «She right here» I asked to speak with her and the young lady returns to the phone saying «She said it doesn’t matter what I want they can only give me what’s offered in store» I told her that’s besides what I want and to please get on the phone.
She never came after a 3 minute hold. After a total phone time of 32 mins and 6 hungry children, I refuse to ever deal with this establishment again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered 17 pizzas at 8pm to be delivered at 1045pm. I hadnt gotten them at 11 so i called But they some how managed to lose the only order of 17 pizzas for that night. I ended up getting them at midnight. Then on top of that the manager was being really rude with me. They also gave me a price without a receipt which was weird… the time before that they put bacon on my cheese pizza. How hard can it be to listen to your customers??? I work in food service too.

I love how you can track your order status up to the point of delivery… Order always fast and food is fresh an awesome!!!

Always good, always fast! Had a bad order once and the problem was quickly solved plus credit.

I have not been a fan any pizza chain for years. I prefer the local mom and pop places that might have one or two stores in a particular city. But Dominos has been pretty consitant when I need a my pizza fix and the other stores are closed.
Ordered twice from this Dominos while staying in Duncanville for work.
Not much of a selection of food delivery places in the area… at least not on my trusted Unilocal!.so I stuck to Dominos.
Both orders arrived promptly and hot.
The items were cooked perfectly.
The items were «dressed» nicely. You never get what you pay for.
It bothers me that everyplace makes you pay the same price for each topping. A handful of onions (that they skimp on on top of that) is the same price as pepperoni.
Convenience…whatever!
I digress…
Anyways, the food was good the amount of toppings was consistent and dispersed evenly across the top.
Both delivery guys were quick and friendly.
I will order again if I stay in Duncanville again.
