Grande Pizza

RUDE SERVER! We had very bad service. Everyone at our table was served except for our cheeseburger order. 10 minutes went by and I called the server over to ask her to check on the status. (I think she either forgot to ring it in or the kitchen forgot it.) She said to me in a very snotty tone, «It’s red meat and red meat takes a while to cook.» What? Oh no she didn’t. She didn’t offer an apology or ask if she could bring something else in the meantime (cup of soup, crackers, whatever.) We waited an additional 5 minutes and called her over again to cancel the order. She was super snotty. I wanted to leave a 10% tip; however, my friends insisted on between 15−18%…I still do not agree. I will not go back to this place because of how insulted she made me feel at a table with friends and family. It’s a shame because the food is probably a 3 – 4 star rating.

I’m so happy they opened up the new restaurant across the street. I dont know where the young kids were that always answered the phone at the other location. But they were always rude and quick to get off the phone. Like, can I get a pizza «is that it». No, I also would like wings «is that it». No, also an italian hoagie! Jesus! I’m so glad their nicer people now answering the phone, but they’re absolutely clueless when u pick up your take out. I love the food though & the prices are reasonable.

Really good pizza, stopped in to get something to eat and was really impressed! Just got pizza and it was on point! Can’t want to go back.

Crust is so good! Delicious pizza. I got mushroom and pepperoni round. Will order again.

I order here at least 4 times a week, food is great. I always get the steak and cheese with fried mushroom, raw onion and mayo. Their wing sauce is awesome. Fries are sometimes greasy I guess depending on the cook and the oil being changed. But I am a big fan of them, delivery is fast, people are great. Try it out! Pizza is good too. Not a fan of their wings but I get their boneless bites now and they are awesome!

Just moved to Dunmore a few months ago. Ordered food from her quite a few times so far. Excellent all around. Food is great. Service great. Quick delivery. All around A+

Pretty standard pizza — good sauce, good cheese, good crust, and enough oil to make it the classic greasy pizza we all love.
That said, I think Grande is most known for their wings. They must have every flavor under the sun — from traditional to mild to garlic to butter to inferno. and the list goes on.
I would not call it a sit down restaurant — but they do have those standard pizza joint benches that work for a quick bite. And, you can even buy beer here to go with your pizza.

We order delivery and take out from Grande a couple of times a month. The food is consistently delicious. Great round pizza, typical NY style. Try the white with fresh tomato. If you love cheese and garlic you won’t be disappointed! Hoagies and fries are very good. The boneless wings are the best I’ve had, very lightly coated and good sauces. It’s not necessarily a place I would dine in but is probably the best take out and delivery Italian in the area.

Very good round pizzas, nice crust– thin and crisp with the right amount of chewiness. My kids really like the bacon cheeseburger pizza, it’s got plenty of ground beef. Very good Old Forge style pizza as well. We get delivery from them often. Pleased with their hoagies as well.
Updated1/​31/​14: recently tried their Calzone, and it’s overstuffed with cheeses, great crust, served with a great sauce.

We stopped over for a quick lunch. Typical Italian food, fine for PA. Do not forget you are not in Sicily or NY.

We went to this pizza shop in 2012. This pizza shop was recommend to us and we were super disappointed. We ordered a pizza with sausage and cheese and it was sooo greasy I couldn’t even finish a slice. The only good thing about our meal was the app and it was the jack and blue sticks.
