Horrific customer service.
Please steer clear!
I ordered two arrangements, one for my mother, one for my aunt, for Thanksgiving.
My mother’s was comically small and looked nothing like the example on the website of what I requested… and my aunt’s was never even delivered!
When I called to request a refund — that’s when I was verbally assaulted by their «floral designer», Kim.
She accused me of intending to receive free flowers from the get-​go.
She was brash, rude, unprofessional, offensive and simply a horror to speak with.
She even went so far as to call me back after my call to yell at me some more!
To top off the whole repugnant ordeal, Kim told me she would refund me… and never did!
I had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges.
I feel badly for any unsuspecting future customer who contacts Rose of Sharon for flowers.
They are unprofessional and mean and do not deserve any business.

Rose of Sharon made an awful arrangement for my Mothers Day gift. I ordered the Premium size of roses and lilies and it was small with no lilies. Extremely disappointed and a waste of my money. I will not order from them again.

This place is great. I call them every Mother’s Day and other holidays and tell them how much I want to spend, what colors, etc. and they are totally accomodating and make gorgeous bouquets (so pretty that my mom has sent me photos after the fact).

This place did a wonderful job on my wedding flowers. They were fresh, arranged beautifully, and everyone was so very helpful! The guy who runs the place, Jimmy (I believe), is such a flower enthusiast. And he obviously knows his stuff! Plus, the price was great compared to other florists!
I definitely suggest this place!
I’m giving it an inexpensive price range because I don’t know how flowers usually are priced, but from what I’ve seen around Boston these were cheap!
