This is our favorite chickfila! Customer service is stellar and the food never disappoints! As a non meat eater I struggle a bit to find something to eat but the rest of my family loves everything on the menu. Thank you for the excellent service! **Update: I’m a HUGE fan of the new Superfood Side! Just wish I could get an even larger version!

Other reviews went IN on this location. I’ve been here three times and I have yet to have a bad experience. My only feedback is the inside of the restaurant could be a little cleaner. There was good no the food, some liquid grime leaving the kitchen going towards the bathroom area, and the booths and tables could use a good wipe down. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the food was fresh.

I love Chick-fil-a dearly, but I will not return to this location. It took over 15 minutes to get through the drive through, but there were no more than 4 cars ahead of me(all had already finished ordering by the time I drove up). I was hoping this meant really fresh food but the nuggets were barely warm. At the window there was no apology for the oddly long wait. Then, at the very last second I noticed the health score– 81! Needless to say I did not finish those nuggets.

I have been to this location probably 10 times and literally half of the time there is SOMETHING wrong with my order. Typically it is fairly minor, but still annoying(i.e. getting fried nuggets when I ordered grilled; not getting a fork with my salad; not getting a straw or napkins, etc). The last time I went there I ordered grilled nuggets and actually did receive grilled nuggets! Unfortunately, I bit into the 4th nugget to find it RAW inside. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

If you are ever having a bad day, come into this location and ask for Meisha. She will turn it around in a heart beat. She was an absolute pleasure to meet and to see. This girl has a bright future ahead of her and any business would profit from having her on their staff.

First, let me say that I’m a Chick-fil-A fan. It’s the only fast food I’ll eat. Having made that clear, let’s do a pop quiz. 1. When the drive-thru customer asks you«Is this everything?» as he looks at the bags you’ve handed him, do you: A. Verify you have indeed given the customer everything he paid for B. Just say yes without checking so he’ll go away 2. When a customer arrives at your counter explaining that he was just in your drive-thru minutes earlier and got all the way home only to realize you didn’t give him everything he paid for, do you: A. Apologize for the inconvenience, offer at least a friendly smile, and if you really cared whether he ever came back or not, offer him some sort of coupon or discount for a return visit B. Retrieve the missing item without a word and crumble up the man’s receipt as you turn away to go do something else 3. If you’re hungry for Chick-fil-A and happen to be in Dunwoody, Georgia do you: A. Stop at the location on Jett Ferry despite the fact they seem to have completely lost touch with the company’s customer service policies B. Drive five more minutes down the road and stop at the much better location near the Abernathy intersection No need to tell me your score. I’m betting you passed. The staff at Jett Ferry today? They got a zero.

We stopped here for a quick dinner before our midweek hangout. This location is in a huge plaza in Dunwoody Village alongside Domino’s and the Italian deli. Chickfila’s aren’t allowed to have under 4 stars. I’m pretty sure that’s in the Bible. Hard to see why this one has 3, although it seemed pretty slow. We came in around 7:30pm on a Wednesday night, and it was nearly empty. Service was fairly pleasant, with the servers bringing our food to our tables. We actually had three different people bringing our three separate meals to the same table. Food was perfect, as Chickfila has the habit of being. Acoustic instrumental Christian music played in the background, which made for a less overbearing religious experience on top of my meal. Yay, Chickfila!

I’ve never had any issues with this Chick-Fil-A. The staff is always pretty friendly and the food is consistently good. I always go through the drive thru and haven’t been inside so I’m not sure how it is inside. The drive thru can get busy at times but moves pretty quick.

Chick-Fil-A is usually good all the time and this one is no different. Except that grass grows faster than the service. Morning, evening, busy, or empty. Slow as molasses. Come here when you start to get hungry and by the time you get your food you’ll be ready to eat.

Check your order if you ever go to this restaurant. You order a regular chicken sandwich, you’ll have a spicy chicken in the bag. You request barbecue sauce you’ll get Polynesian. Gosh forbid you order multiple items you better count what you got, forgot the nuggets last night. Always take a sip of your drink before you leave the parking lot too. That regular coke you ordered is probably a diet. Management, please hire people that can simply fulfill a drivethru order. I’m tired of driving to the Mount Vernon cfa when this one is a mile from my house.

an experiment gone right, but too small leaving them overwhelmed at key hrs., management is considering adding a second floor… we’ll see… great for non key hrs.

This is a great addition to the Dunwoody community and I am glad they are here. A few things to note: The staff is extremely professional and nice. The staff knows my 5 year old’s name! The owner cares and is often at the restaurant helping with customers. The only negative … and it is a small one… is that they only offer a limited menu as a chic Fi let classic restaurant.

I love me some Chick-fil-A so I was pretty excited to see this one open up. It’s new and nice, but I think they’re still working through some kinks. I frequent the Chick-fil-A on Abernathy and on Akers Mill. Both are very busy, so I think they just have things down to a specific routine. I’m confident this Chick-fil-a will get there, but for now they’re a little on the slow side, and not the best service. Like I said, they’re new so they have plenty of reason to not be like the other stores just yet. I don’t think anyone that lives in Atlanta hasn’t been to Chick-fil-a, but you really can’t go wrong with the food at this or any CFA. Some of the best fried chicken you’ll find! Make sure to try the peach milkshake during the summer.

I’m hoping the manager see’s this since this CFA really needs some polish. Service was at a grinding halt the night I came here. I know it can get better, but it needs to be said in case the manager does NOT notice that there are a few things that need to be smoothed out still.

Take that, DHA! CfA just had to wait for a different business in the area to go dark before they could move into the neighborhood. We still have a dark Blockbuster, so thanks for preserving that. We can file for a grant to turn it into a museum for kids who want to understand what us old folks mean when we talk about the BetaMax and say things like«Be kind, rewind!» I’m happy that I now have a Chick-fil-A on my morning commute. I can get a biscuit along with a cup of coffee that is not made from magma(as opposed to the guys with a drive-thru next door). No matter how much I like the chicken biscuits and waffle fries, you should consider Frank’s advice and go across the parking lot for a stunningly good deli sandwich at East 48th Street.

Its Chick-Fil-A. OK. Yes. I agree. Its incredibly stupid to review fast food restaurants. But, sue me. I wanted to be first with a review and these Unilocalers are hard to beat at being first. So what can I say about Chick-Fil-A that you don’t already know? Well, I thought the tent city that was organized before the place opened was interesting. Apparently Chick-Fil-A was going to give the first 100 people on opening day 52 gift certificates for free meals — one a week for a year. And apparently that — and a small dose of insanity — was enough to get people to put up tents in the parking lot outside the business to get a hold of those incredibly value certificates — two days before the place opened. Who are these people? I am both curious and somewhat afraid to find out. Was anyone getting on a loudspeaker to tell them«Don’t take the brown acid?». Not sure. In any case, this morning they were gone as the chicken place served up morning biscuits for a long line of customers. Groovy. This is in the location where the former Arby’s was. That Arby’s was sad. Arby’s shouldn’t be sad. The Chick-Fil-A folks tore down the Arby’s and put up a brand spanking new place. Very nice looking. Hopefully some of the folks coming to eat the fast food chicken get tired of the lines and actually venture over to eat at East 48th Street Market which is in the same strip mall location and has some really good food. They are head-to-head against a McDonalds which is right next door giving this Dunwoody area a couple of choices of food that you probably shouldn’t eat very often. The management of the restaurant seemed to be handling the rush of opening and the amusingly crazy people in tents very well. They showed some concern about traffic management. Good for them. Welcome to Chick-Fil-A.
