Awesome service, food came quick, and it was delicious, I had the Roasted Turkey/apple/cheddar sandwhich, and the Arugula grain salad w/apple vinaigrette. Fresh and healthy! Nom!

I am in medical sales and use Paneras across the southeast for catering almost every single week. I will NO longer use them due to the unprofessional catering manager in the northern Atlanta area, Wes Hendrix. Not only did I NOT receive a callback with assistance for a delivery order website mistake but he waited until the DAYOF my meeting to email me that he was too busy! It was IMPOSSIBLE to book anyone else this late and IF he would’ve called me back the day I called him I would’ve been able to find another company. Instead I had to PAY to get on an earlier standby flight so I could pick it up — which was out of my way — and deliver it MYSELF! Though the managers Heather/Lenny did what they could do NOT use them for catering!

I love Panera Bread, but first time at this location. I really think you should have the best personalities on your staff servicing the customers. Not the case here. No greeting, smile or any type of welcoming while ordering. Didn’t ask for my members number and or if I wanted chips, bread or Apple. The server did remember the upsale for a bakery item… Go figure. The restaurant appears new but weird looking on the outside, with inside very clean. The food I ordered was good a new tomato mozzarella flatbread, and black bean soup. Plus the person prepping the food had a little candor and friendliness, maybe she should be at the cash register and put Miss Friendly on sandwich making… just saying. All in All I will come back.

Server was apathetic and could care less about customers… not friendly and zero chrisma. Breakfast pastry was good and it was not crowded at 10:00AM

I agree with a previous reviewer, the food is good WHEN they get it right. I have ordered food at this location several times and they literally NEVER get my order right. I love the food, love the company, but for right now I do not recommend this location.

When I go to Panera Bread I usually expect the same service no matter what location I go to. My recent experience with this specific location wasn’t pleasant. Most staff there are friendly with the exception of one but they were so slow and messed up a bunch of peoples orders. I love Panera Bread but I feel like the management at this place is off. The sandwich makers were answering phone calls and touching beepers with their gloves on. Gross.

Cross contamination, careless, rushed, and inconsistent. Ordered the Thai chicken salad a few times in the last couple of weeks. The toppings and salad dressing was delicious but the quality is always a crap shoot. The food prep employees are extremely careless and literally just throw a bunch of random stuff in the salad. There is no consistency as random toppings show up in my salad that aren’t even supposed to be there(including tuna which I’m allergic to). I also didn’t receive my Thai dressing… instead I got barbeque sauce. My nephews pasta primavera had peanut sauce drizzled(which was from the salad and must have dripped in the pasta when they rush) and he is allergic to peanuts. I shouldn’t have to specify our allergies when we aren’t ordering items we are allergic to! It’s really not THAT hard to just follow the simple ingredients that are required in each order and make it look presentable and not thrown together. There is nothing more infuriating than driving 30 minutes home in traffic only to find out our entire meal is completely inedible. Waste of money and waste of time strictly due to carelessness.

After our ten mile run, we were starved so dropped into Panera’s for breakfast. Service was friendly and fast. Had a cherry pastry, cinnamon roll, and a Mediterranean egg white sandwich. The bread was so crispy outside and fluffy inside. Yum! It had sun dried tomatoes and pesto. Delicious! The pastries were equally as good. I could eat my weight in pastries here, and that’s not good for the body, but boy does it taste good going down. They offer free wifi at Panera, so it’s a good place to chill and get some work done. It wasn’t terribly crowded, which was nice. I enjoyed my breakfast, and so did my boyfriend. I think they make great bagels and pastries, but I do wish they’d get some lox and capers.

Food is good when they get it right. They get it wrong at least half the time, The final step was told the mgr it was wrong and he kept going on. They need training. But this seems like a new mgr. Who trains the mgrs here 30 minutes later daughter went here too. The same person got her order totally wrong, and she had to drive back So go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle

I’ve eaten at more than a few Paneras but this location is a standout and not in a good way. The food is consistent with other locations which to say salty and tasty soups, good bread, medicore salads that seem bigger than they are but yet still have way too much lettuce relative to the other ingredients. My main gripe at this location is the ordering process and service at the register. When I say I’ll have a pick 2 Greek salad and cup of French onion, chips and a diet coke and hand my credit card over, I expect a quick thank you and to be asked my name for pick up instead I have to answer 5 questions about whether I’d like chicken with my Greek salad(¿¿¿), a larger salad, a bowl of soup, additional pastries or bread, while others are waiting behind me. I don’t know whether the cashier has been coached to read this litany of questions to every customer and has not been granted the discretion of skipping it when the customer has clearly indicated precisely what they want but it is beyond annoying especially considering the long lines. The manager at this location needs to train the staff how to read and respond to customers better.

I really don’t even want to give this location one star. I love Panera but my past few experiences here have been horrible. The first time I got a sausage egg an cheese sandwich and they forgot the sausage. Second time I order a panini hoping it would be better than my last experience but it wasn’t. I asked for no onion, there was onion. The bread was also burned. And the chicken looked under cooked. I got my order to go and the food had just been thrown in the bag. I could see other people complaining about their order as well so I honestly should have just left. They have good cookies but that’s about it.

OMG had a tuna salad sandwich from Panera for dinner. Thank God my daughter only had the soup. Now here I sit«Sick as a dog»! Don’t do it! I go fairly often but normally it’s just for a bagel but tonight I was in the mood for a sandwich. Why I picked Tuna Salad I don’t know. The norm for this location is a lot of new faces(makes you wonder why they can’t keep people). I ordered my sandwich and the young lady behind the register asked me if I wanted chips or bread? Really a side of Bread with my sandwich? I should have known better. If they can’t train people on basics at the register you have to ask what is going on in the kitchen?

«meh» is the best way to describe this location of panera. I’ve never encountered such a panera that could be such a «turn off» as this one. not much to rant about this place, so let’s keep it simple. — employees give off a care-free demeanor — super super crowded at all times — tons of loiters who don’t order anything and just take up tables — not a crazy small private lot, but finding a parking spot is very rare here — the parking lot needs to be redone; too many potholes and uneven terrain — the crowd here is very different from all the other paneras(dine in & you’ll see what I mean) just spare yourself the frustration and head over to the next nearest panera — which is the one across from perimeter mall. it’s only 0.5−1 mile down the road.

I recently went back to this Panera location and had a totally different experience. It seemed to be back to the Panera I love. They seemed to have done a personnel overhaul. People were friendly and helpful. There were 2 managers behind the counter. I’m so glad this location got it together because it’s really convenient and they have a nice facility there.

From the beginning, parking is tight here. The staff was friendly. Got the Bacon turkey bravo, which was good. True to their name, the bread was the best part. Tomato soup was decent. They also have coke and Pepsi, which is uncommon.

I’m a Panera fan, and I rarely have a bad experience at any of them. When I do have a less than Panera-quality experience, I just brush it off, because it happens, and they’re pretty consistent. This time was just awful, though. This was my second visit to this location, I’d been here once before and had theeee hardest time finding parking. They might have plenty of seating indoors/outdoors, but their parking lot situation is atrocious, especially during busy hours. Each man for himself! The first time I was here, service was really slow, and it took a long time for our food to be ready. My husband stops here on his way home sometimes when we’ve wanted a quick and painless dinner. Nothing’s ever really been wrong with the food, so it wasn’t an issue when we decided to stop in yesterday for lunch. Like he’d told me before, the service was — for a lack of a better word — sucky. He’s said it’s hit or miss, and they missed by a lot yesterday. EVERYONE we encountered seemed bored or zoned out. I got some waters and went outside to wait for my husband. Ten minutes later, he walks out, undeniably pissed off. He puts my plate in front of me and goes back in to wait for his food. In that time I looked at my sandwich. I’d ordered their season cranberry turkey deal. All I saw was bread. Bread touching bread. So I opened it and it looked SODISGUSTING. I would seriously never, ever serve something like that to someone — wilted piece of spinach pressed up against one side with some cranberry jelly, and on the other, THREE little slivers of turkey that looked like it was covered in mayo. The bread inside was mushy. I wasn’t eating that. Turns out, they’d forgotten our order, had six orders go out before us, and they were sorry. Our soups had sat out there the whole time, so those were cold. We went to talk to an employee to get a manager and before we could even get a sentence out, she turned around to get him, in the middle of my husband speaking. Just walked away. The manager looked like he was the most miserable man at a job, ever. He genuinely didn’t seem to care that we’d had to wait, that our food was cold, that it looked inedible, that we wanted a refund, nothing. He just muttered, «I’m sorry about that,» once or twice, and we were done. He refunded the money, not saying a word to us the whole time, and we left to find somewhere else to have a quick lunch. I don’t need him to fall over us and give us free bagels for a year or anything, but a little bit of acting like you care, even if it’s *pretending* goes a long way these days, folks. So, so, so disappointed, because it’s the closest Panera to me, and obviously the worst.

This review applies to this Panera Bread only. This Panera Bread is messed up, slow, slovenly and it’s a bummer because I like Panera Bread in general and this one is in a location where I’d come by and have dinner here occasionally. It’s the only bad Panera Bread I’ve ever found and I don’t how many Panera Breads I’ve been to. Powers that be at Panera Bread, please come and fix this Panera Bread, something and ain’t right here.

First, I am hopelessly addicted to Panera, so this review may be a little biased. Second, I spend a lot of time in Dunwoody on Saturdays so I am pretty familiar with this location. The food at any Panera is consistent, it’s a chain restaurant after all. So, it’s the customer service and patrons that make a difference. The staff here is always pleasant. Occasionally they bring you a sample of some of their smoothies. The people watching can be so very interesting. I don’t live in Dunwoody so coming to this Panera is always eye opening. The patrons seem very happy living in a suburban utopia: lots of families, high school kids, small groups of people, everyone outwardly content. The food is good. Their pastries and bagels are always fresh. At times you can smell them baking if you stay late enough. I love the Thai Chopped Chicken salad. It’s the best salad on the menu. It’s a little spicy and full of flavor. I also like the Smokehouse Turkey and the Sierra Turkey sandwiches. You can’t go wrong with either of those picks. Another bonus is that they’ve added the«My Panera» card where you get freebies or discounts based on what you purchase over time.
