Yikes… I had a groupon for this place but was not impressed. I have thick curly (Caucasian) hair that I often blow-​dry straight. I wanted long layers as my hair is ½ way down my back. This was the worst cut I’ve ever gotten. The layers looked absolutely ridiculous. It was so bad that I wouldn’t have gone back to get it fixed. Overall the energy in this salon is very odd. Can’t quite put my finger on it.

DON’T GO HERE, if you like your hair and money! End of story!

I bought a $ 25 Groupon deal here back in November or December. I went to the salon in the December. It was a little strange making a reservation as my phone call was disconnected after remaining on hold, but it was fine when I called back.
Stephanie cut my hair, and she did a great job. She was friendly and nice to talk to without being over talkative. I pretty much just told her I wanted my hair shorter and would like to have layers. She certainly delivered. I was very pleased with her work.
She seemed surprised at the end when I tipped her what the normal amount would have been without the Groupon. Don’t people know to do that? I thought I’d mention it here in case the thought has never occurred to you. Regardless of the other negative reviews I have read, I will make my next appointment again with Stephanie. In fact, I should probably do that soon as it has now been 4 months since my last cut!

I was not very happy with my hair appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told to wait until my stylist was available, 30 minutes later I was informed they would be running late, and that they would be with me shortly. Well, another stylist came over and said they would be helping me until my appointed stylist could get to me. Turns out, that they never in fact came to cut my hair, the interim stylist did the whole thing which was also, unsatisfactory. I wanted two inches off my hair with no frills layers, parts, etc. They cut less than an inch off, and took 10 minutes on the cut and and hour on the blow dry which was set on cold air. I thought at one point they were going to dry it and then cut it b/​c there was no way it could take ten minutes to cut my hair. I even checked the floor to see if in fact there was hair down there, I couldn’t see any; I am semi Convinced they pretended to cut my hair and then just blew dried it straight. I was already running late so I did not have the time nor the temperament to say something but I highly doubt I will be back.
Another thing which was alarming was I purchased a Groupon for hair services which was an $ 85 dollar value for $ 40, when I arrived there was a sign outside stating first time visit were $ 35 and inside hair cuts for women ranged from 45-​$ 75; so I am a little confused, my deal was not such a deal at all and they either played Groupon and Myself or just myself, either or would not recommend.

Dirty salon and unprofessional. I bought a Groupon and when I tried to schedule an appointment, the woman said «hello» (no mention of the business, I had to ask if I called the right place). I said I had a Groupon and she said (quote) «wait», then put me on hold and never picked up. I called again and she hung up, it was later in the day and she apparently was more concerned with going home than dealing with customers. I left a message and she eventually called back — no apology — but I did schedule an appointment.
When I went for the appointment, I saw that the salon itself was not the cleanest and two of the staff people there were just sitting around eating food (Tabitha should pay them a visit, but I doubt she’d even set foot in that place). I almost walked out, but decided to get the haircut anyway because I had the Groupon and it was paid for. The woman did a less-​than-​average job, she couldn’t get the cut even, and when I was finished, they then tried to add a lot more cost to the Groupon deal, saying that they lose money with Groupon (well, then why offer services and then do so multiple times with Groupon if they don’t like them?).
Overall, they seem to think higher of themselves than they should and are way over-​priced for the skill level they have (the poor woman in the seat next to me was not happy about her orange highlights). The place needs to be cleaned up and they need to train their staff in both hairstyling and manners. Avoid it — Groupon or not!

My husband is a huge fan. He says that the salon is beautiful inside, and very relaxing. The staff are friendly, and he always feels comfortable. They are pretty good about making last minute appointments, and he always is happy with his cut. I haven’t gotten my hair cut here myself, but if he’s happy, I’m happy :)
