Well well I was being helped by a young lady might I add she was awesome she helped me for two days. She had done such a good job I had no choice but to decide to buy from her. I had trouble pronouncing her name so I called her Yessie(it worked for the both of us), hands down she was the highlight of my shopping experience. I got off rushed over came across the same item less expensive brand new. I asked would it be possible for the item to be discounted buy $ 25, she had to discuss it with the manager Craig. I over heard him say(strong base voice)” look I’m not going to give her anymore off and if she don’t like it she can go elsewhere”. I thought this was rude for him to speak to her that way as a to be experience manager he should be respectful when speaking to his employees. I feel like he could’ve easily said I’m sorry we cannot do it at this time. It really bothered me that I heard another employee telling her its okay don’t let it bother you cause«you have to work with him everyday». These actions make me feel like this isn’t the first time he has spoken to his employees this way. I decided not to buy, I step over and I told him«you know all you had to say was no, and the statement you said was uncalled for». Craig responded«mam you didn’t hear what I said you only heard part of it», I had heard enough. Yet again I don’t get bent out of shape about much I’m mellow but this guy is the reason for the one star. I’m not a believer of the customer is always right but if you cannot conduct yourself as representative of the establishment that you are in charge of the the job should belong to someone else. I ended up buying from HHGreg $ 1009,86 spent.
