Symphony of dyer

I must counter these two poor reviews.
My sister has been staying here for the past 3 weeks as she fractured her pelvis while hanging Christmas garland on her interior staircase.
This place rocks! … It’s top shelf from top to bottom and let no one tell you otherwise. I have heard nothing but accolades coming from my sister and the many friends she has made in the dining room. Seriously, we could not have asked for a finer place for my sister to get back on her feet again!
Symphony of Dyer is fabulous. The minute you walk in you can tell this is an upscale rehabilitation center. Beautifully decorated and appointed, fresh and clean! It’s uplifting in here. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, concerned and professional. I hear nothing but rave reviews from my sister and others. The food is excellent too! It’s like staying at a fancy resort.
This is a great place! … and the good news is my sister is coming home soon because of the fine treatment and medical attention she has received at Symphony of Dyer.
Symphony of Dyer is an exceptional medical facility. A fabulous place to recover and live !!!

Too bad there is not a Zero star. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Advertised to be spa– like, the rehab knew 3 days in advance patient was coming and yet… No commode, no walkers, no medications, a staff that lacked any clue how to fix the above
Patient ended up being transferred back to hospital at 2 AM. Because they were not able to provide pain meds, commode, etc
Food was HORRIBLE. Advertised as having 5 star chef. Yeah right.
When we complained to management about what had occurred… THEY DID Not CARE
I’m sure they’ll bill for the 12 hours they tortured this patient though
Instead of Symphony, should be called simply awful.
