Overall, my experience was dreadful. I’ve patronized radioshacks for the knowledge and selection that the employees and stores offer. I feel that this experience is why they’re still in business when I can easily purchase similar items online for a fraction the cost.
That said. The employees the last two times I have visited this location have been apathetic and rude. I spent 20 minutes sorting through the DIY electronics section trying to find wire terminals, because nothing in the drawers was where it should be. Furthermore, half the bins were empty. I don’t know who is in charge of stocking and organizing the store, but it’s floor was abysmally stocked and organized.
When I asked the employee for help, she was on the phone with a personal call and never hung up or even took the phone from her ear the whole time I was being «helped.» I was also unable to ask any advice for the products I was trying to find.
Overall, my experience was terrible. I have been a long time patron of this company, but they have just lost a customer.

I’ve been in here a few times for odds and ends and it’s pretty standard for a RS. It’s on the smaller side so they might not have a huge selection but they do their best to help you locate what you need. Customer service is very friendly and bilingual. It’s a busy store too, always full of people milling around when I go here. I think a large portion of their business is mobile phones so they have a decent selection of those.
