This is the stingiest and most unprofessional location I’ve ever been to. They won’t honor certain promotions, will charge you for items you didn’t get, and they give 1 napkin per order. The two servers were incredibly rude and raised their voices in front of my elderly grandmother when I confronted them about this. The one man was even yelling and waving his arms in the air at me. And then he told me to calm down! Ridiculously overpriced for the poor service we received. Stay far away from this location unless you want to be overcharged and yelled at.

Have always found this particular Subway location to be stingy in the amount they put in their subs… and, yet, have always gone back because they are conveniently located. Not anymore. The server grudgingly agreed to roll each footlong onto 2 separate papers«even though we don’t make any profit on it.» I was so shocked at that statement I had to make him repeat it twice. Eventually I offered to have my order packed on one paper just so they don’t declare a loss because of my request! He said he had already started on it and, very gracelessly, continued. I had ordered two footlongs and am wondering that maybe I should take my own paper next time I visit a Subway. Will move my business to another location now… need better service and attitude.

I’ve been to this subway a handful of times. This location is the most expensive out of all the subway places that I’ve been to in jersey. They refused to honor the special promotion which was shown on their website. The guy claimed that the manager was not in, and there was nothing he could do about it. Last, but not least, I’ve also noticed that their soda machine never works. There’s always an «out of order» sign on it! Seriously… no soda and no free refills???
