Terrible management.
When we first moved in the 1^st of the month fell on a weekend. The company does not have workers on weekends to do the walk through so they charged us for two extra days to get the keys that Friday.
The lease states no fire pits permitted. Our home came with one. While we were at work one day the management came in and filled it in without informing us.
We had bats in our home. We called the landlord to exterminate over the weekend and they weren’t able to get back to us until the week day once again because they do not work on weekends.
We had a stove gas leak, same thing didn’t get back to us.
The garage door was made from pieces of 5 different garages. The door fell on my car as I was pulling out. The garage company that came out to look at it told IH that it needed to be replaced and IH refused. Finally when the garage company had to come out 2 more times they replaced it.
Whenever we had questions for our landlord it was nearly impossible to get a hold of her. They preferred email over phone calls but either way they did not get back to us or they responded with vague answers.
Very unimpressed from beginning to end.

This is a horrible company. Don’t rent from them. They buy foreclosed houses and pay the cheapest rate possible to get them renovated, if thats what you want to call it. Then they rent it for double what it is worth. They still owe me money, and didn’t pay for no reason. When I contacted them I was told they were sending it off, that was 3 months ago now. Worst company I have ever worked with. They have had at least 25 general contractors quit on them. So don’t bother trying to work for them, unless you can’t find any work for yourself, in which case you should own a business anyway.
