Very typical nail salon for the Twin Cities — strange, nonsensical décor that feels extremely lazy and many employees working at the same time. While everyone in this place was very friendly(and this is something I am hesitant to say), they need to have one person on staff who at least speaks basic English/knows some key customer service phrases. I had no idea what was going on or what anyone was saying the entire time I was in there. I realize that’s a very stereotypical nail salon experience, but even trying my hardest to be polite and discern at least a few comprehensible words was useless. On top of that, my $ 30 pedicure was worth maybe $ 12. I left with one coat of polish on my toes and heels that were still dry and cracked. Absolutely will not return.

Very sweet nail technician(Luck?)! He was chatty without being overbearing, kind enough to let me charge my phone during my services, and very thorough. I had a Groupon deal for a gel manicure & basic pedicure and was very pleased with my results. 4 stars instead of 5 because of minor things: wasn’t offered a beverage and no leg massages/hot towels. Definitely not deal breakers, though! Still a good experience and I’d love to come back!

Absolutely fantastic service and services. Gel manicure was fast and professional. Great hand and neck massage. Make an appointment if you want to come on Fridays. No walk ins generally. Huge selection of regular and gel polish.

Bought a Groupon to get my nails done before a special day. Kim was open with conversation and what I wanted. She was very meticulous and asked for my input frequently. My deluxe manicure was very relaxing and I highly recommend this nail salon. Best experience I’ve had getting my nails done. During the week they’re not that busy, I’m sure the weekends are very busy.

I was gifted a groupon and the person who bought it for me also bought one for herself. I called to make an appointment and was looking forward to some pampering. It was a big disappointment. There were several walk-ins that came and even though each nail technician was busy with someone, they had the walk-ins sit down in a chair at a table. One gal had some fake nails she wanted to get removed so while the lady working on me wasn’t quite done yet, she kept taking breaks to work on the other gal. I understand that she didn’t want the other gal to just keep waiting and figured it would be best to multi-task, but I just felt like she was rushing through it. She didn’t give her full attention and the results showed. I will never return.

Bought a groupon for a deluxe pedicure. Wonderful service, and they even gave me a gift card for my next pedicure!

I had the same experience as Stephanie S below. I bought their deal on Groupon because it is located close to work. I called Monday to book an appointment on Friday before my trip to Colorado. I booked it for 5:15 pm, but they asked if I could come in a little earlier, as 5 pm was better for them. I left work early, rushed to get there. When I walked in, the place was packed, and I was not greeted for at least 3 min. So I stood by the door and looked at nail polish. When i was finally greeted, I said I had an appointment for 5:15 pm. I kept standing there. Finally, I was asked to sit at one of the manicure stations. At 5:45 I was still not being helped by anyone. So I told them I was leaving, because I have been waiting for 30 minutes, even though I called 5 days in advance and made an appointment. One of the ladies said she can start, when she finishes her client. At that point I got up, and left. Thanks for ruining my mood before my trip, Pamper Nails. I wish I booked some place else, and saved 30 minutes of my time.

I got an Amazon Local deal for a gel manicure and express pedicure for $ 30.00 — wow! I received wonderful service, though the water for the pedicure was a little cold. I got a hot stone massage during the pedicure and lots of warm towels for my feet. The gel manicure went really well. I had Kim and she was very meticulous with making sure my manicure was absolutely flawless. She was very sweet and while my toe and finger nails were drying she rubbed my shoulders — BONUS! She did a wonderful job on both sets of nails and since it’s the holiday season she gave me a gift! Chocolates, a gift card to return to the salon, and a punch card where you get the 6th manicure or pedicure free! I will be going back here for the service and for the great job Kim did.

What a fabulous experience! I saw the group on for this place and I live less than a mile from here and thought hey its on a group on give them a try despite the other review and WOW I am so glad I did. I choose the deluxe Mani gel no chip and the express pedi and got such a great treatment on both my feet and my hands and defiantly will go back. Express pedi still includes making sure your feet look and feel great and a calf massage with hot stones! The deluxe gel Mani is great and they have the best selection of color choices for a gel Mani I have seen anywhere. Katie was the sweet woman who worked on me and she was so polite and kind carrying on a nice conversation while diligently doing a fabulous job! If you thought nah I will pass because of the first review give them a try. Great friendly service at a good price!

You know what’s fun? Going to an amusement park. You know what’s not fun? Going to Pamper Nails. I made the mistake of purchasing the Groupon coupon for what seemed like a decent deal on a gel manicure and a pedicure. I called this morning and set up an appointment for 4:00. They even took my name and number, as if they were jotting down this information in some sort of book that keeps track of these things. However, when I arrived at 4:00 on the dot, the place was PACKED. I told the greeter(who was a 13 or so year old boy, who appeared bewildered at the site of having so many people in the salon) that I had an appointment for the mani-pedi. He handed me a diet coke(best part of this review, spolier alert!) and the gel colors. I asked him about the wait and was told 15 – 20 minutes. A half an hour later, two gentlemen walked in to get pedicures. The boy approached me again and asked if I was having a manicure done. I responded with — «Yes, I had an appointment at 4:00 for a manicure and a pedicure.» The boy asked if I also wanted a pedicure, and started eyeing up the two pedicure chairs that had opened up. He then told me that I could have a seat at a manicure station, where no one had worked since I arrived. It was clear that they had no intention of honoring my appointment time, and that I was being moved simply so I would appear less irritated when they took the walk-ins before me. Nope. I got up, said I’d come back, and left. One star for the free diet coke.
