Attainable Vintage

We stumbled across this store from a listing on Craigslist, and ended up purchasing two great living room chairs, a blue rocker with ottoman and a yellow/​gold gooseneck chair, as well as a liquor cabinet with red glass doors and a set of tin flour/​sugar/​coffee/​tea canisters!
The store has a very good online site, with many photos of items from different angles, and the store (which is currently the large garage/​warehouse of the sellers house) is packed with many items that aren’t online yet (where I found the tin canisters). He was very friendly and helped us load the items in our car. You can purchase on credit card too either through the website or at the location. The items were all in very good to great/​pristine condition and the prices were very reasonable. They aren’t as low as a garage sale or flea market, but then I can’t spend the time going to garage sales in hopes of finding a piece.
For instance, our chairs were 120 for the blue chair with ottoman and 85 for the gooseneck rocker. We’ve gotten a lot of compliments on them because they’re so unique and original. If you compare the prices IKEA has for living room chairs, these were a steal of a price, we’d been looking and balking at paying 200 – 400 for living room chairs for the cookie-​cutter-​made-​of-​foam-​and-​hope pieces we were finding! If we’d found these at garage sales etc they may have cost less (or maybe not, these were really good prices for the chairs especially!), but we’d need to search garage sales with our weekends. So to me these prices are around exactly what I think should be paid for a business doing the looking/​finding work and pulling together good vintage pieces. I also really appreciate the honesty of the seller — if there are dings/​damages they are shown in the photo or he says what they are and accounts for it in the pricing.
I just returned to browse online again, and will be keeping this store in mind for vintage/​unique items in the future. I realized I never Unilocaled about it – we’ve had our items for about 5 months now and I wanted to make sure I gave a well-​deserved 5 star to this company!

Purchased a tv stand for my living room, and the experience was wonderful. The price was amazing, communication was great, delivery was offered (but not needed). The owner even helped to load the stand into my car, in the dead of winter (14 degrees out). He was awesome. The stand was exactly as pictured online, and in perfect condition. I will definitely be hitting them up first for any furniture needs– especially for the more unique pieces!
