I had a challenging situation where I needed to find tenants quickly after closing on a new property. Matt is all about listening to your needs, planning out and advising how to get your needs met, and then working hard to make sure all involved are happy with the outcome. Matt put together a great ad, screened prospective tenants for me, and then recommended tenants to choose from. The great thing was he found them for me very quickly and also prepared a very thorough, professional, and legal lease with all terms clearly explained to both the tenants and me as the landlord to make the transition as smooth as possible going forward to minimize any unexpected surprises later. I highly recommend Matt. He’s got a great professional and friendly personality, knows the East Boston market very well (and many other nearby neighborhoods), and has a lot of experience. It is hard to find a person who has a great attitude, is professional, fair, and trustworthy who will work hard for you as a client.

We lived in an apartment in East Boston managed by Dorado for two years, and I could not happier with the way the building was managed. Matt Morano is, without exaggeration, the best landlord we’ve ever had. He is very prompt in responding to maintenance issues, very friendly and easy to get in touch with, and very accommodating to the needs of families. We only moved out to be closer to family – otherwise, we would still be tenants. In a city with as many bad landlords as Boston, the good ones really stand out, and Dorado Properties and Matt Morano are the best we’ve found.
