If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not go here! This is an office that rips people off. Trust me! !! Because of this wanda lady I had to get braces all over again after already having braces AND clear correct with her. Now it’s costing me 7680 out of pocket at an actual orthodontist. She does shitty work along with her shady workers and charges way too much. She takes advantage of the Spanish people that don’t really know what they’re paying for. She told me I had two cavities which I knew was odd cause u only felt one. And she showed me no proof. She just said it. And even her Hygienist said I had one yet she insisted I had two. Finally had enough of her and her staffs bullshit I went to see a different dentist and they confirmed I only had one cavity. And charged me half the price that wanda wanted to charge. If anyone goes here or has family or friends who go here please, LEAVE now. Before you are left with no teeth. And crazy dental bills

Not impressed with the scam tactics employed here. They wanted to replace all of my cavities citing that they were all bad or done poorly and they needed to be redone. My wife also went and they told her the exact same thing, although some of her fillings were brand new, within the last six months. I would steer clear of this establishment.

This place is good for almost all Dentistry matters, But they should improve their services ahead.
My recent experience on this Dentist was a mess due to the way they deal on services that for me are not really clear, and is where I feel should be the clue of this Dentist Office. My father required two prosthesis up and down for those teeth that doesn’t have not any more. The deal was $ 2040 US Dollar, that included Deep cleaning up and down, the two prosthesis up and down, and his Insurance which is Mass health will cover for deep cleaning and extraction up and down. that, was the deal I made that will cover all his needs. At the end, everything was all set, we were very happy but, they didn’t give him or put him the upper part where I got upset! I came close by them, and asked why they didn’t hook up the upper peace? They toll me that not! that if I want the upper part I have to pay $ 1090.00US Dollar.!!extra again. Please, this wasn’t the deal I made with them.!! what’s it matter? I claim for the deal I made at the beginning! and Also, I mentioned that I have this business wrote on a paper work they gave me. There, is where I feel should be the clue! My concern is that they should do a clear business well written in a paper work before go ahead to do any work in any mouth. I had a cleaning in my teeth and I don’t feel satisfied the all. I saw tons of customer with the same complaint and confusion about the business paper work they do. for sure I will thinking twice in recommend this place to folks. See other places and compare on prices before going in there! or make sure very well that the paper work is completed accurate and well understood. It suck! when there is a misunderstanding. I not sure to return to this store again.
