I am also writing about the Fallsington PA branch. We scheduled a local move on 9÷18÷14. The pickup went well enough, but no so for the delivery. It was a long day and we were tired, so we did not notice all of the damage right away. We were very
upset to discover the amount of damage to our brand new home. Walls were scuffed, dry wall and a door frame damaged. Furniture was scratched as well as floors. My husband and I were very accommodating to these movers, providing snacks and generous tips to all three movers. The moving company sent out a furniture service to document the damage and I filled out a damage claim form. It is now January 15, 2015 and no one has responded to us after numerous e-mails and phone calls.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!
