East Brunswick Family Practice Associates PA

Was an existing patient for years, missed 1 well visit for 2014 and when I called for an urgent appt was told I would have to wait weeks! Told the desk receptionist that I couldn’t wait bc it was urgent and she said OK and hung up. Guess they are no longer in the practice of helping people. It’s so unfortunate bc ALL the doctors in the practice are great, I only leave a review in hopes that one of the doctors will see it and see what is going on. I will be researching new doctors in the area now … so unfortunate.

I called this practice about a month ago for my husband and I who are looking for new local doctors. Before I could finish my sentence, the woman at the desk interrupted and said, «We’re not accepting new patients.» I said ok and she hung up. Extremely rude. My husband went about trying to find a new doctor for himself because he needs one asap, found this doctors office again and didn’t realize I had already called and they said again they’re not taking new patients and hung up. The weird thing is, on our health insurance website, it says welcoming new patients so why can’t they update that? There’s so many doctors in this office and it’s so local for us but we would never want to go here because of how rude the front desk is. I wouldn’t want to know how the rest of the place is !
