I’ve been an indoor cycle instructor and avid outdoor rider for decades. Found this gem of a studio on my travels; the studio and equipment/technology is top notch. The instructors are fantastic, the other participants welcoming, and the workouts are well designed.

These classes are right for all kinds of riders! Newbies get great instructions and modifications to make the ride challenging but not overwhelming. Experienced riders cant test their limits and are pushed to reach higher by the instructors! The instructors have great music, great energy, and amazing motivation and attitude! I love the way I feel when I leave these classes :)

For those who are advanced, these classes are exactly what you need in your weekly training program! These intense and challenging classes get your heart rate up and legs pumping for the entire class. The plus: the competitive element of having the TV screens display the results of the class really encourages you to work harder and creates a fun environment by getting the class to cheer for one another! For the beginners, these spins classes are MUCH better than the ones you’d find in your larger commercial gyms. Because your stats are displayed, you can compare your level of effort to others in the class and see where you are compared to where you want to be. It also makes it easier to for the instructor to provide guidance that will help you reach your goals. With that said, if you call yourself a spinner or would like to call yourself a spinner, then do yourself a favor and give evolution bycycle a chance. I guarantee you’ll love the way you feel and the accomplishments you achieve after the completion of the class. P. S. They have some great deals every now and then, so keep an eye out for them!

Really challenging classes that leave you feeling invigorated. Beautiful studio with an ample amount of bikes and a great sound system. Nice people, qualified teachers and just an overall fun place to cycle at. I am glad I found this place and enjoy every class that I go to.

I found this cycle studio while searching online. Nice, clean facility with super helpful and skilled teachers. I like the flexibility of paying per class not per month. Everyone is very welcoming and always willing to help if you have questions or need advice. I definitely feel motived to work out when I’m here.

I found this place through groupon. I’ve try cycling before but never knew the proper way to set up the bike or the proper posture. The first time I walked in Rich helped me set up and went through all the basic stuff with me. They also provide towels which is great! The dashboard tells you how you did(RMP, Distance etc) and it’s helpful. The instructors are nice and pay attention to everyone… over all the place is clean and well maintained.

My friend and I bought an introductory package of 5 classes for $ 40. It was my first time trying spinning and I am a beginner road biker. I asked about the groupon special that was advertised online but the owner, Rich, said his intro deal was a better package so we purchased that. In my experience, and I have been a member of an upscale gym and another studio exercise program, I am not impressed with the studio or owner. Rich was nice the first pm we went but on our second visit we were told we disrupted the class by being in the front row and breaking rules, none of which we had been told about. In fact, we were put in the front row by the class teacher. Rich said we talked during class but that’s not possible since we were next to a giant booming speaker. In my opinion, Rich was not customer service oriented in his approach to us. It’s a small, new business and with that demeanor keeping customers and attracting new ones will be hard. I recommend that you check out spinning classes at local area gyms. You will have a wide selection of cycling classes and a wide range of other classes as well.
