I ordered 4 each Naomi dining chairs. 3 of the 4 had serious problems: one had broken leg; one was seriously scratched and had been touched up with the wrong paint color; and one had a blob of paint on it. The screw holes were drilled in such a way that they splintered the wood around it. There were pin holes randomly throughout the chairs. I complained. They made me take pictures of the packing and the shipping labels and the 3 main complaints. They were considering sending replacement parts. The quality is so bad throughout I said no way and asked for a full refund and return shipping label. Homelement kept referring to the manufacturer and stalling. They made it perfectly clear that they had no intention of refunding my money nor of sending a shipping label to return the goods. These guys are as close to thieves as I have seen. STAYAWAY!!!

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Homelement. I spent close to a $ 1,000 on a bedroom set that was supposed to be delivered on 7⁄15. Then I received an email that it would be delivered on 7⁄23. By 7⁄30 there was still no word from the company about my delivery. On top of this, my credit card was charges even though the set had not been delivered. I called, they gave me the run-around then changed my delivery date for a THIRD time — to 8⁄1. When the shipment still had not appeared by 8/4, I called again and now they are telling me that it won’t come until the end of September. They offered NO discount, took no responsibility for their warehouse and refused to let my husband talk to a manager. They have now lost a once loyal customer.

we ordered a coffee table and end table from homelement, but unboxing the furniture many points of damage were identified on both the cocktail and side tables. attempts to communicate with seller have not resolved the issue to provide a refund.
