There’s nothing really wrong with this Loehmann’s. Though they can organize the sizes better!
This branch still gives the membership 10% on top of any clearance item. That’s the way it should be (I’m talking to you, Long Island Loehmann’s!!)!
The cashiers are pretty quick and friendly, though they should make sure all their computers are up and running. Maybe they need more maintenance?
Also, I’m not a fan of how the lady in the fitting room looks at me. I’m not stealing, I’m just trying clothes on! Just because I’m the only one who doesn’t bother in the private rooms, shouldn’t make me suspicious looking!

Not sure what has happened to this place, but I hope they get their act together and quick. This Loehmann’s is huge, but the reason it is filled to the gills with clearance at all times is because despite all the colored sale stickers and additional percentages off, the prices rarely actually decrease.
They have a great selection of new arrivals, but shopping amidst considerably more employees than consumers is a bit odd.
Service ranges from tolerant to downright nasty.
Loehmann’s is a dying breed and while I don’t want to see this one go, I’m afraid it doesn’t have much of a chance unless they make some changes.

Went after Christmas hoping to snatch deals.
They gotta allocate resources more to clean up the floor and retiring things where they should be and tagging the right prices on items.
I found a nice necklace for $ 9.99 and with the yellow sticker it is supposed to be 70% off so heck yea I am getting it.
Got to the cashier and she said she has to confirm the price. After about 10 minutes she said it was tagged wrong and it should be $ 29.99, worst of all with such an attitude!
In any place, even nondiscount department stores, if you tag wrong, that’s the price you are selling it for!
Stop the attitude! I don’t expect much customer service buy I don’t need the attitude in a discount store either!

This one is pretty messy all the time, but the selection is definitely there. I’ve been here a number of times, and it’s very hit or miss. The Loehmann’s on the UWS is still my favorite, but this one is much emptier and has a parking lot, always convenient.
