Been coming here for the last 3 years and I’ve never been dissatisfied. Their customer service is honest, attentive, and professional. This store has a great selection of unique modern designer eyewear that you won’t typically find in your average optical boutique.

Vesta is the best! I recently moved to the East Coast and my glasses broke. I don’t know any glasses stores around here but stumbled across this place while at ShopRite with friends. She helped me find an affordable pair that suits my face. Super quick and easy!

I’m writing my first Unilocal review after my great experience here from start to finish. I was looking through the different selection of sunglasses they had on display when Vesta (the owner?) asked if I needed help. I have a long facial structure not made for sunglasses so it wasn’t an easy task. But she was really helpful and I was able to find the perfect pair. Highly recommend if you’re in the need for some shades for the sun.

Went to do some grocery shopping at Shoprite and passed by this store inside. My biggest problem with my previous glasses has been that they never quite look right on my face but luckily the lady in the front had an eye for this and helped me pick out the right ones. I’ve been getting nonstop compliments about my glasses this past week so I’m reallly happy that I stumbled upon this place. Definitely coming back for my next pair! (when my insurance allows it)

DO NOT GO THERE. Went to pick out a pair of glasses after speaking to my insurance they told me I was covered for $ 100 allowance off my frames and free lenses. the lady at the store told me that my insurance only covers $ 50 off the frames and $ 50 on the lenses which is complete nonsense she was trying to double bill me !! I called my insurance company and filed a complaint.

I had never had an eye exam prior to coming to Optical Image. nor did I make an apt to have one there, but Vesta gladly had me see the Doctor who was very informative and incredibly quick. The longest part of the process was picking out frames because they have such a vast selection!
The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and detailed. Additionally… whenever I pass by, I notice the younger gentleman cleaning the frames, the shelves, etc., making sure everything is clean and orderly — which is always a plus!

What I appreciate about this store is how incredibly, and unexpectedly nice the service is. I had my eye exam, and then stayed to look for a pair of frames afterwards. Vesta was friendly, attentive and very helpful when it came to helping me pick a pair out, and I was pleased to find some of the newer and more contemp trends available at a very reasonable price. Walked out happily bespectacled! :)
