We had a very nice sales representative but the promise of this company did not happen We traded 3 phones was told that we will be getting termination fee I fax all documents have me 1 termination fee fax again and they send the next so I called what happen to the third they told me it’s too late they cannot give it to me because it took a while to give them the termination bill. I told them since I receive the bill I faxed it several times which means they really don’t intend to give you the termination fee. I’m switching back to Verizon, better service, much much better guaranteed.

Been a customer of tmobile for many years. I had to switch information over to another phone. Unfortunately it took me a half to get help from someone and another hour n half to have them switch phones. Which made me late for other appointment. I know there was nothing they could do with time on transferring infor but still had to wait a half hour or more in line. I wouldn’t mind if it was the first time but every time I go in there it takes them forever to accomplish anything. Unfortunately It’s The ONLY Location I Trust Bc they always Know What To Do. THEYARE Very Knowledgeable and are willing to help when they can.

This store has lied to me about my bill, about my coverages and my international services. They lied to me about my data, and they lied about how much I would get back from switching to them from my previous provider. The manager who did all this is Joe. A short idiot who will lie through his teeth. I do not recommend t-mobile and I do not recommend this store

We pay for 3 lines, out of contract plan which includes 1gigabyte data plan on each line. My dad’s phone data wasn’t working(no internet, calls+Wi-Fi worked fine). On the phone(#611) I s told to drop by this CORPORATESTORE and have the staff look at my dad’s phone. As soon as we walked in and asked for help to get internet access running on my dad’s phone, the front desk informed me that«we don’t do that … We are just sales«. This was obviously a pathetic excuse because most likely the front desk staff don’t know anything. I called the T-Mobile customer care number from the store and was informed that the store should have been able to help me. The reason I’m giving them a ONE star is because this is supposed to be a corporate store and neither staff member even attempted to help. When I was with at@t, I distinctly remember how helpful the staff was. Unlike this store, they helped me transfer my contacts. Data to the new phone and even gave me a micro Sim card to use for the new phone. This was all done for free BTW. Don’t go to these incompetent ppl and instead pick another location or just call 611 like I did
